Poor experience, did a tire change at store, unfriendly staff( not students work there, they were awesome), 1 hour late than promised time, did not provide accurate info & poorly mannered despite waiting 1 hour in the store for them to reply.didnt even bothered to keep spare & jack in the trunk properly & no customer courtesy, never going to do this again at store.

Very friendly staff. A great location with a lot of items considering where it is.

Decent place to shop, but I've had multiple poor experiences there, in the last 6 months. Certain staff members are very confrontational and tend to belittle customers, specifically when staff not adhering to voluntary sales practices (I.e scanning code of practice). Shopping shouldn't be a painful experience, and the staff shouldn't be giving attitude over totally neutral situations.

Went in the store to look for boxes for moving. I'm unfamiliar with the store and I didn't see anyone to help me in this dark store. They didn't have any boxes when I did find them, so I went to leave. I passed by a stand with 2 employees right outside the exit of the store. As I'm 10 feet away, I hear Hi Miss!". I ignore it. He follows me

Bad communicationI was there today to return car seat covers. When I bought it one of their cashiers said I have 90 days to return and 1 years for exchange . I have still Time to return but don’t want to give my money backAnd one of the manager name John he has lack of problem solving skills and get angry with me. And he put my stuff away and Said he don’t have enough time to solve this. When I ask for higher managers they said I have to come back on Monday

I have been shopping at this Canadian Tire since the day it opened in Wainwright. Have always been meaning to write a review. Better late than never.A couple of times a week, I am in the Wainwright Canadian Tire store buying something. I have easily spent over ten thousand dollars in this store. The owner has always been friendly and helpful as well as every single staff member. Most of the time I find what I am looking for. If I can't find something, I just ask one of the helpful staff members or the owner and they are always more than happy to help. Today, I bought a Kitchen Faucet and plumbing antifreeze for my RV. Last week, I bought a ladder. Will be buying some frying pans next. :-)

I'm always happy with my experience whenever I find myself in. The staff are very friendly just as long as you can find someone (Although that seems to be the case at every Canadian tire). The few times I couldn't find something, a lady walked me to the product. That's awesome customer service. I'm a big fan of their website, tells you which aisle the products in. Quite a few deals across the whole store, although i sometimes feel like the before price is grossly inflated to make the sale price seem better (I.E the treadmills and exercise equipment in the back left corner) ((Theres a treadmill on for like $1800 down from $4200 or something even though on nordic tracks website they sell it at regular price 2200. So I'm unsure where they got the $4200 figure.)) Sometimes theres only one till open which leads to lineups very quickly but other than that I'm happy.

It has been a 4 times I have shopped at this Canadian Tire now and not a single time has been pleasant. The first 2 times I have checked on the website which has said they have items in stock which they did not. The second 2 times I was accused of shop lifting for simply wearing a backpack (the first time). There are no signs saying you are not allowed and I was greeted at the door both times but not told to remove it at the door. The first account I was hollered at by the manager and the second I was followed around the store. I called to speak with the manager and rather than trying to find a solution for this unprofessional conduct they kept making excuses on why hollering and stalking they're shoppers is acceptable.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Bought a Yardwork snowblower at this store last year. Still under warranty they are not able to replace a simple cable. Nor will they try to accommodate the customer. Oh ! Actually yes they tried by telling me to drive 3 hrs to Edmonton or Stettler and get my snowblower looked after at those location. It's their product but can't and won't do a simple quick repair. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Shoppers beware this location is terrible anything you buy … be ready to return due to missing parts or used item. Every box you look at looks like it fell off the truck on way into store if it’s in a box be sure to check it’s not opened and tapped back up will be missing parts or used and dirty or both
