There’s a reason this place has such good reviews. Kristen is amazing! She really honed in on the areas where I was tight and used just the right amount of pressure (not too painful, but also enough so I felt like it was having a good effect)!

I've enjoyed being a client for over 9 years and compared to the other clinics I have gone to - Bodyworks is truly beyond compare. The environment is clean, zen, and relaxing but most importantly the massage therapists are professional and take their job seriously. Hands down the best massages I've ever had - they truly listen to what areas you need worked on and you leave feeling amazing.

Kristen gave me the best massage I have ever had! Aside from being so kind and welcoming, she was very consciously aware and knew exactly what my sore body needed. I felt like I was floating on a cloud after. I would highly recommend Bodyworks and will definitely be returning again!

I recently visited BodyWorks and was lucky to have Kristy as my RMT. She is professional, great at her trade, and gave me stretches to use at home to give a 360-degree treatment for neck and back pain. She made me feel very comfortable upon my arrival, throughout my treatment, and even followed up with a phone call next day. Fabulous services paired with an awesome atmosphere. Thanks, Kristy!

The positive? The massage was amazing! Unfortunately the receptionist was a bit rude when I asked questions to try to solve an issue we'd run into. Was a bit off-putting.

I saw Kristy for my first ever massage today, because of extreme tightness and discomfort from work. I was extremely impressed and relaxed and can't wait to go back!! The dimmed lighting, music, essential oils, heating pads and light conversation made for a relaxing friendly environment. The massage felt amazing and I was given lots of tips on how to prevent further muscle problems, and feel so loose and relaxed even 3 hours after the massage. Seriosly I can't wait to book my next appointment the office was too perfect and the massage did wonders!
