Absolutely horrible experience. We ordered a grad hoodie in October 2022 at the start. The hoodie did not arrive until 2nd week in January 2023. We had paid more to have our daughters name on the hoodie.Unfortunately someone did not read the name properly and they put the wrong spelling of the name on it. We contact the company immediately as our daughter was very upset she had waited all this time and her hoodie (along with a couple other kids in her class) name was wrong. They asked us to bring the hoodie to the head office in st catharines, under the impression that if this was done we would have the hoodie back in a couple of days. We brought the hoodie back to the head office the next morning. It is now February 2, 2023 and we have yet to receive the hoodie back.I have communicated with Gregg having to ask every week for an update. With false promises consistently every week saying we are sending it to you by the end of the week. I have had enough and asked for some sort of compensation.Obviously we want the sweater or I would have said cancel it and just give me a refund but at this point, some sort of customer service would have been appreciated, specifically, we had to bring the sweater all the way to st Catherine's.The reply I got from Gregg after voicing my displeasure in the experience was that he will give me a full refund but will not be sending me my daughters sweater.... also he will be calling the school principal to discuss this matter. (Come on, calling the principal on me because I asked for a refund of the 100.00 we spent on this sweater and still have yet to receive it, is very poor customer service and very immature.)I am writing this post to help others in the decision of choosing a better suited company with proper customer service skills and perhaps a company that can meet the clients needs within a reasonable amount of time.

Order took 4 months longer than expected because of items being on back order. Very poor communication throughout the entire process.
