Non responsive support and solutions do not get updated. Bought Pro licens and i very much regret it.No ways of getting in contact with SmartCat.

I have to agree with the previous review. I too am running into an issue where they sold a broken theme and nobody is there to answer support queries. Even their own demo on their site is broken. In my case it is the Byblos theme. After hours of debugging, turns out the javascript errors that are causing the problem are tied to the camera.js file in their theme distribution, which prevents the mobile menu from working on the front page. The menu works on anything other than the front page, but that only helps if you know the URL's of other pages. The demo of the theme they have on their site can be shown to have a similar issue. Go to the demo, switch your browser to responsive mode and look at the perspective of a mobile device like an iPad or iPhone. Click on the mobile menu button to expand it, navigate to the Front Page option on the menu, then try to click on the menu again. It used to work beautifully until recent versions of wordpress. Unfortunately there seems to be nobody responding to tickets but they seem to have no problem selling you products that don't work.

The theme I purchase for two websites is broken. There has been no support response. There is no way to reach anyone at the company. Very unhappy with this company. An update to the theme could fix the issue but there has been no response to the hundreds of complaints and forum postings by other users in the same lurch.Hey Smartcat. How about stepping up?

I really liked the plugins. It was perfect for what we were looking for, however, not sure about the customer service. The plugin had problems intergrating to our Wordpress, and we opened a ticket. The response was a generic automatic response to go to the help page. The weeks afterwards, i kept getting a notice that the ticket would be closed, even though I didn't get the solution I needed. I had to keep signing in to keep the ticket open. What I needed was a proper response and a solution. In summary, great products, but if I had problems, I was on my own to figure it out, which never happened. At the end of the day, it was a waste of money.
