Regal Taxi

Asked for 50$ for a 1 km ride absolute pigs. Uber is not allowed in Quebec. WHY? These dirt bags do not deserve the business.

If I can give it a zero star it wouldn't be enough. Driver was driving out of control and pretended to take one route and took a longer route and charged us almost double the rate I normally pay with a different company. Horrible horrible horrible cannot say that enough

I, normally, am not the one to complain. However, if it can help someone else, I gladly will! In addition to the long wait, my taxi driver (Émile) was in a very bad mood. Then, he was rude with me for not carrying cash on me. In French, he expressed: “You didn’t think on carrying a $20 bill, everyone else does!” At the end of the trip, he overcharges me. He didn’t think that I’d notice because he handed me the payment machine as if I wouldn’t… Whether he overcharged $1 or $100, the point is that I really didn’t appreciate the dishonesty, when he expects me to tip anyways — Which I still did. Long story short, very bad service & wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone.

After waiting for 25 minutes for a cab (which was supposed to be here after 5-20 which is insane on its own account), I called back and they gave me an estimated 5-15 more minutes until it arrived. Hello? How does that make sense? This isn't the first time We called again to cancel the cab because at that point, we're already late and the bus would be quicker anyway, and the dude was incredibly rude about it, as if we were inconveniencing him. Why is this company incapable? Do better.

Unfortunately got a ride where the drive commended and applauded the illegal occupation of Ottawa and the facist regime holding the city hostage.Very stressful ride from Gatineau into Ottawa trying to get to work safely only to have to listen to illogical dangerous rhetoric from the driver.Will reluctantly call for a ride in the future.

Automated call service already knows my address which is easy. And there is now an app to track the taxi. Just with the app would be more accurate. Also, when asking to schedule the taxi for 30 minutes, it should arrive in 30, not in 5 then keep calling you asking where you are

I was nervous after reading lots of 1 star reviews but our service was great. Called on a Sunday morning. Was in a remote location. Driver showed up in just over ten minutes. He drove quickly and although it cost more than Uber, the cost wasn’t too bad and allowed us enough time to get a coffee before we caught our train. Merci!

I ordered a taxi to my home address today. Driver picked me up, but had a bitter attitude.I asked him to wait at my drop-off location, as I would be returning in two minutes. He said he had to charge me first and then he would wait for me. I went ahead and paid the fare, then walked into the store to quickly pick up the item. I was out in no more than two minutes, max. I looked around for my driver, he was nowhere to be seen. I look up the road and I see him loading three other passengers into his car. I walk up to him to ask him what is going on, and he just shrugged his shoulders and said sorry".I was left abandoned at my destination

Exceptional cab service. Very responsive. Emilio played great music and offered great suggestions for Gatineau tourism sites, including macdonalds in Hull and good sharwma places
