Westvalley Carpet & Flooring

Very pleased with our recent experience with West Valley Flooring!!On the sales side of things, we worked with Cory in the Creekside location to pick out the new laminate flooring and carpet, and appreciated his patience in letting us hold on to a couple of samples long enough to coordinate with our paint selection process. He was very friendly and personable and easy to work with through the entire process.Then on the installation end, we had a couple of very friendly and hardworking guys doing the tiny bit of stairs that were needed -great work. But the one-man wonder phenom that we know as Chris did a brilliant job on our extensive laminate flooring!! He's one of the hardest working guys I've ever seen in action, and a perfectionist about making sure his work is fantastic! We had a very tricky fireplace that needed to be accommodated, along with a few challenges around the stairs on our upper floor, and he exceeded our expectations in every way! I can't rave enough about how much we admire his work ethic and talents - that guy is amazing!There was a slight hiccup due to a shipping issue for our transitions, but Chris and Cory worked together to make sure we were kept abreast of the timelines, and then Chris made time in his busy schedule to make sure he could finish up the work and ensure we were 100% happy with the final results - we are!!

We had a great experience working with Briana and WestValley. She took the time to explain all the options and really worked with us to get a product that we love and looks great in our house. The install was done by Trevor and it looks fantastic. Trevor did a great job at keeping the dust to a minimum, and dealt with undercutting the existing fireplace hearth and putting a picture frame around it - Trevor went above and beyond to make sure we would be happy with the result! Thank you Briana, Trevor and everyone at WestValley that we came in contact with - we love our new hardwood floors!

West alley has been amazing to work with for our recent insurance claim. Derek was very responsive and understanding. Rakesh and Jason took amazing care of us the entire time, start to finish. Rakesh was so helpful with our flooring choices and made sure we were informed when choosing carpet. Jason was so kind and took care to let us know about everything being done, he was also great at communicating with us about when he would be on-site. Jason did an incredible job on our finishing touches. Wally did a fantastic job of installing the carpets and bathroom flooring, they look amazing and we are so happy with the work done. I would absolutely recommend Westvalley.

Absolutely amazing! I loved my experience from start to finish. We worked with Zach to select engineered hardwood and arrange to have it installed. From the get-go, Zach felt more like a knowledgeable friend instead of a salesman. I'm pretty picky, so even selecting a hardwood took a while. Zach never made me feel pressured or rushed. Zach also helped organize to have the floors installed and for a very fair price. We needed to live in our home during the install, so we needed to arrange it to be done in stages. Zach was so accommodating and communicative. He actually made the whole process very stress-free. As for the install, I am in love with how they've turned out. The install team has been clean, professional, and exactly what anyone would hope for. I cannot underscore enough how impressed I was with my experience. Zach, I tip my hat to you, sir. I will undoubtedly be a repeat client thanks to you.

Super happy with our install.Had Westvalley complete our floors last week.We had redone the upstairs a few weeks ago and were so happy had the main level completed last week.Our installer Chris was the best (so good we waited for him to become available before we had the main floor done).Was a great experience and we are supper happy with the outcome. We had our carpet change with west valley. Ejder did an amazing job for us and he is very professional and efficient. We had our third floor and main floor carpet change together with lots of stairs(28) and all done in one day!!! We really appreciate the job done by westvalley!

Just wow! Westvalley (Creekside location) crushed their competition starting from the initial stages of preparedness, flooring selection, and working with the demands of humourless Condo Board's requirements. Zach and his crew completed a beautiful job, efficiently and flexibly working around a tight move-in schedule. I'm very happy to leave this review as I believe that this shop was a gem of a find for me!

I recently had some stairs carpeted for a reno project. Super happy to be able to work with Zach & test his patience during my selection process but he honestly helped me find the perfect carpet. Installers were fast & efficient, the stairs look so good - just a great experience all around. Thank you!

Is it okay to start with a WOWZERS? Because that’s the first word that comes to mind about our experience with our floor installation. Justin and his crew (aka Dustin and Ivan) were extremely hard working, diligent, and, most importantly, the finished product is impeccable! The size of the job they had to undertake was also done in such a timely manner, if we ever need any kind of flooring done again, we will only go to them. Highly recommend!
