Schillings Carpet One Floor & Home

Shout to schillings carpet. I order floor out as suppose to be in on Thursday. Kayla called an told me it would not be in until following Tuesday. It was in Cleveland and I had a guy coming Saturday to put in floor. So Kayla drove to Cleveland on Friday a picked it up do I didn’t have to cancel my guy! Thanks for the great customer service and if I need anything else I will be going there. This is why we should buy at our local family owned businesses.

We originally got an estimate from a big box store that suddenly became $700 more than we had originally been quoted with 30 percent waste. We decided to check out Shillings and we are so glad we did. We got great customer service, fairly priced carpet with minimal waste and the best part it was ordered and installed within two weeks in time for Christmas. We couldn’t be happier. We will definitely use them again for our flooring needs.

Schillings Carpet One has great service and we would highly recommend them. Our luxury vinyl tiles came in late as it was on backorder from the manufacturer, but that gave us more time to paint the rooms that the floor was being installed in. Schillings did inform us of the backorder and the date that the tile would be shipped and arranged their schedule so that our luxury vinyl tiles (with design strips) would be installed before Memorial Day, as requested. The most important reason we gave them a 5 was the installer. Joe was excellent and paid a great deal of attention to detail. He was personable, polite, neat, and very trustworthy. The job he did was beautiful and everyone loved it. Joe went over and above the call of duty and we would highly recommend him.

I've been searching for carpet in our den for the past week. Went to many of the carpet stores in Erie. What I found extremely frustrating was the carpet samples by many of the manufactures are a mix of colors on an oversize awkward heavy board. The sample boards were not conducive to placing them against our wall or furniture to help us get a good perspective on how well the carpet matches the room. When I walked into Shillings I had a smile from ear to ear. A majority of their carpet samples were mat size" samples where you could take the sample and easily place them in areas where sample boards simply can't fit! The color tone my wife and I are looking at are very close in range. To have a "mat size" sample to work with makes a world of difference! It quickly narrowed down the color and tone we wanted after getting a perspective in different areas of our room. I'm really surprised manufactures are continuing to use those heavy awkward sample boards! Thanks Shillings! It really narrowed down the selection and color process quickly. The salesman was also very friendly and helpful."

The crew took great care to satisfy my fussy needs! Couldn't be happier...great experience all around thru all facets of the sale. From showroom conversations to on time installation to clean-up and furniture moving, it was all perfect!

They're all very friendly. The price was reasonable and they worked around a busy office schedule. We painted before we installed the carpet so the coving would go over the fresh paint. The carpet looked great. I only had two issues. They fixed a desk support they broke, which I was happy with the result, but the install team scuffed or scraped every wall in my office. One or two was expected, but 20-30 scuffs was a bit excessive for having 16 walls. I now have magic eraser marks all over the walls which cost thousands to paint three days prior.

I have 3 kids and 2 dogs and a cat. I called Schillings, they came out and did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. The gentleman that came out and did the work was Matt Leonard. He was very nice and respectful, could not have asked for a nicer person...it's a shame that I can only give 5 stars. I'd definitely recommend them for all your carpet needs.

They went above and beyond to install new carpeting and flooring throughout all but 2 rooms within my house. They made sure that it was completed before moving in and ensured we had quality products! Extremely happy with how my floors turned out and the installation crews were amazing and friendly! Made sure we were well informed on care of our new flooring as well.

I had to recarpet my bedroom and Schillings was a great business to work with. They had reasonable prices, a helpful and friendly staff, and were able to schedule me promptly. Their carpet installers were polite and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for carpet!
