By far my favourite lunch place on the Coast! Generous portions and great ingredients. As a vegetarian who limits gluten and dairy, it's really easy to eat just about anything from here (including the donuts). Also LOVE their vegan GF frozen dumplings.

Waited for ages at the counter then ordered and 2 smoothies were charged at 10 dollars each. Way too expensive and not very good. Very difficult to drink as it's iced with paper straw.

Nourish made the gluten-free + vegan wedding cake of my dreams! We couldn't have been happier with our beautiful wedding cake from Nourish Eatery.The cake itself was SO delicious and fluffy, with hints of buckwheat and vanilla. The thick, creamy frosting was heavenly. They used flowers I picked from my garden, and made my vision come to life. The team was very kind and helpful. I'm so happy we have a place offering cakes like this on the Coast!

I couldn't be happier to have a place I can eat while on the Sunshine coast! My husband and I frequent here for vacation and we usually have to bring a ton of groceries and cook at our airbnb because there were not many options. It's so nice to go on vacation and not have to cook!!I've never had so many vegan and gluten-free options, and the food is amazing, it's heaven! I've been eating there everyday; I've tried the rice bowls, spinach and potato roll, juices and doughnuts. You have the option to add on and modify the dishes to suite what you want which is the best!I've seen some reviews about the food tasting bland, all my food has been so tasty but I also love real whole foods and their food is not drenched in salt and oil so it's much healthier and I feel great after eating there.Also I get so annoyed when I see people complaining about the prices. Do they not know where they are?? BC is the most expensive place in Canada, it's almost impossible for a commercial food establishment to survive especially when they don't serve liquor so stop complaining about the prices to the business owners and complain to the government! This place is very well priced for the quality of food!Good job Nourish! Thank you for creating a place that caters to everyone.

Very good bowls with lots of options! I included tofu and mushrooms and opted for the cauliflower rice and mojito smoothie with the probiotic shot. Fresh and delicious! Nice staff! Location across from beach downtown Sechelt! Vegan and meat options!

I love supporting local restaurants as much as i can, tried this restaurant for the first time to take out for lunch today. Ordered a smoothie and poke bowl, rounded up to 28 dollars. Portion of the bowl could be bigger for adults, and they messed up the dressing. I wasn't sure if this is what it supposed to taste, so phoned over, and she said she did not write down the dressing i was requesting.. I would give another try but.. the food is super bland for me.

Great spot if you're looking for vegan options! Lots of vegan baked goods (got some donut holes and they were delicious!) There was a few of us and it did take a while to get our orders (I think there were only two people working) but the bowls we got were great while we were waiting in the ferry line up. They also have a whole section of frozen foods and prepared meals and a few 3rd party" products
