Solution Ford Chateauguay

When I had to leave my car for the day, Ford made sure that I was able to get back home in time for me to work. Miguel (in the service department at the location I deal with) is the definition of professional.

I was charged $179 for a new rear windshield wiper only to find it might of been a new wiper however they used my 6 year old cover just replacing a nut to hold it together. Although I get along with Miguel Leejay I was totally surprised to be told by my son that my rear windshield wiper shouldn’t have cost me $179. I will be calling there tomorrow to find out why I was charged for something that was put back on that was six years old.

The good: Friendly, efficient service. Shop rate is $149/hour which is not cheap, but it’s a dealership.The bad: I was appalled to find oil stains and grime on my beige interior after I picked my car up from the service department. 0 attention to detail. I would expect this from a $50/hr shop. Not from a dealer. I recommend you go somewhere else where you will get what you pay for.

Vehicle broke down on highway to Quebec city; taken to Solution Ford where service rep Miguel Leger assisted in getting the vehicle serviced. He was very helpful in getting us a rental car from Enterprise as well as keeping me updated on progress of service. Unfortunately the part needed was not available in Quebec and had to be delivered from Ontsrio...three days later. So, I ended up renting the vehicle for 7 days so that I could return to my home in Ontario. The only negative was the part not be available, but a Ford problem, not a Solution Ford problem.

We serviced both our vehicles this week. Service was friendly and we were happy to get new tires at an affordable price. The customer service desk was helpful and they even squeezed us in for the next day after we forgot to bring our winter tires for one vehicle. All repairs were done and although it was a little more expensive than we expected we know our vehicles are safe. Thank yiu

I was extremely disappointed with the service and the quality of the work.First of all. The salesperson who served me was not clear at all as to what I was going to pay. He went through everything that was going to be done but the price was never clear. Based on what was discussed I was expecting a bill of about 800$ . They kept my truck for a day and a half. I paid almost 300$ to get my truck washed professionally at Ford and although I was impressed with the exterior, I was very disappointed with the interior. For 300$ I was expecting to feel like I was getting into a new truck. When I went to pick up my truck, they presented me with a bill of over 1200$. When I asked how they got to this price all they said to me was that everything was discussed with me when I dropped off my truck. How will you be paying sir.I've been going to this same place for at least 5 or 6 years and every time I go they always seem to find something that needs to be done. Even when the vehicle was brand new they still seem to find something that needed to be done. I've never really questioned any of it and always trusted that they know better than me....but after this last situation....I think I'll bring my vehicle somewhere else.

This is my second vehicle with Ford, the primary reason why I decided to lease another Ford Escape is because of the service I received at the Service Department from the supervisor of the garage as well as Benoit Lacourse both were great and handled any issues politely and professionally. For my new vehicle I had the pleasure of working with André Pelletier, he was patient and explained all the ins and outs of electric vs gas vehicles. Unfortunately, there was a 6 month delay in the manufacturing of my vehicle but André kept me up-to-date on everything which made the process a little easier to deal with. When the day came to finally take possession of my vehicle I had the pleasure of meeting Sinna Moulin-Creyx, she was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about my car in detail. She was courteous and very professional which gave me the confidence to trust all the instructions she was giving me. As an added bonus she called me the following day to ask if I had any questions or needed help with any of the vehicle functions.Overall I had a great experience at Solution Ford Chateauguay!Merci à tous!Carolyn Gravel

I didn't buy a car from here but many of my friends did, when I was looking for a new car Ford had they're own financing and amazing prices and solutions. The staff is friendly and helps out with with your needs. Would recommend.

Very helpful. I had a very good experience to buy my Ford F-150fx from them. Patrick Malo,Yanick and Sonia did best from A to Z for my purchase. They are very kind and careful with costumers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
