Howler's Family Restaurant and Amusements
We had take out and hands down the best seafood linguini Ive had, my hubby had the big bad bacon onion burger (minus the onions lol) and loved it. New fav place to eat for sure!!!!

Howler's Family Restaurant and Amusements
We had our worst experience with this establishment. We ordered 2 mojitos, 2 burgers and hot wings. Mojitos($10 each) were like simply soda with some random leaf. Our rest of ordered foods were been served more than hour after. Wings($16) were dry n over fried. Burgers($17 each) were served with cold hard bread. Certainly not justify the cost. Our recommendation would be to avoid this place .

Howler's Family Restaurant and Amusements
This place is incredible! They stay open later than any other restaurant in Ucluelet. The staff are super friendly and kind. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. We ate there 3 nights in a row and never had a bad meal! The wonton were especially good along with the dill pickle wings. It is fairly loud because of the games and pool tables but a great little joint.

We had a rather unfortunate experience here. Used to the generous Canadian portions we have encountered at most restaurants, we checked with the server if the 'seafood tsunami' was enough for two and we were assured it would be plenty. Sadly the tsunami was a mere trickle - there were 3 prawns, 2 mussels, 0 clams and 2 morsels of fish on our plate. Don't waste an evening here when there are other much nicer places to go.Edit in answer to below. We did mention this at the time and we were told that the kitchen were running out of food" that evening and we were offered a 15% discount. If you don't have enough food

The food was delicious and the servers were great. I’d highly recommend it to anyone in the area. Too bad I didn’t get to checkout the arcade but I loved the vibe of the place.

Such a fun place! Came up from Nanaimo for a 2 days and ended up at howlers for dinner both nights! Our male waiter was super efficient and the food came out super fast! We had deep fried pickles aswell that we ate way too fast for a photo!! Thank you for the awesome time and food!

Howler's Family Restaurant and Amusements
This is a family owned business and the owners really love what they do. The food was made with love. I really enjoyed my burger was very juicy and delicious indeed. My daughter loved playing arcades and loved the food too.Hands down the best place in town to eat and spend time. I also noticed they are upgrading the space to add a big stage for music bands and also more games for the kids ! We will definitely go back there everytime we visit Ucluelet.

Cool place! Fun atmosphere, great service, good menu with different options +drinks for good prices, and the game area (pool, air hockey, arcade) was a good idea for kids to potentially get out their energy haha. Definitely recommend!
