Best service place of all Bain depots in Montreal. I came with a very rare part missing. Guys at the counter were a sizing. Took time to help me out and found the piece. Special thanks to Fabio who went out of his way and provided most amazing device. And Fabrizio to help out.

It was stated on the web site standard delivery is 3 business days, but due to staff shortage and other covid inconveniences it says might take 8 business days. I waited 2 weeks - no shipment confirmation, no reply back to my email request. I finally called in to inquire - the lady on the phone was incompetent. Took her awhile to spit out that items are not in stock (when I ordered them - they showed in stock) and will be shipped next week (to keep in mind today is only Tuesday)... They delayed my project, schedule and inspections postponed now. The supervisor started to teach me how to run my job and what I should and should not do. They offered me a refund - but now should go again through all that trouble looking for another items??? I wish I knew that before - would go to normal store. I full-filled my obligations and paid everything, they screw up on their side and only apologized". On the question to give a discount for their mistakes she only apologetically and politely told me to F off. Horrible company! Stupid customer service

Would absolutely recommend Bain Depot Blainville!My experience with them was flawless from choosing what I wanted until delivery Fabio was just remarkable always making sure I was satisfied.He truly went above and beyond and was a real pleasure to work with.I definitely found my go to spot for all futur projects and will definitely recommend. THIS IS A REVIEW ABOUT THE COMPANYI Ordered $6K worth of items for our bathroom renovation (I made sure that all were in-stock when the order was made). Upon ordering, I was told that it would be delivered to my house by July 11. When that date came and went, I asked my local store when I can expect my order. I was then told July 18. When that date went by with no notice that there was a delay, I called into their head office: I was then told that I can expect a call within 3 to 5 business days from their shipping company to arrange a delivery date. I had plumbers shelled to come in to do rough-ins, based on me having my order already (as was promised by bath depot), so today I called in to get measurements for things in my order. When I asked about the measurements and then wondered about my delivery, I was then told that it would be between 5 to 10 business days before I receive a call to schedule the delivery! What is going on at bath depot!?You can’t escalate anything because they don’t do that"

I probably would have given 5 stars if I had chosen to go with Bain Depot in Blainville to begin with. Megan is very professional and truly understands costumer/client needs/service.The truth is I was about to give 1 star, since its the second time I am dealing with a Bain Depot in the West Island, and Marco (the head manager) had poorly managed the sale again. This time he (Marco) literally laughed on the phone at me & my partner of a problem he had created by not doing his job by not entering a delivery date for a timeline sensitive project -of which he was made fully aware off and made assurances that the delivery would be within our timeline.Moreover, he made no real effort to remedy or solve the problem. Under no circumstance should a manager (or any staff) laugh at client’s misfortune, make lite of a serious situation, and not fix the issue of which they are responsible for creating. As result, I had very poor service from him and major complications with my delivery from dealing with him. This almost cost us to have our contractor walk off the job, not mention potentially sour that relationship due to our failed commitments with the materials procurement.However, after attempting to call the Blainville head office and reaching/dealing with Megan instead, the situation was quickly reversed. She took charge of the situation, understood the gravity of the situation and pivoted. She contacted the proper administrative people immediately to expedite the failed delivery and save me from having my contractor walk of the job. Good job Megan! … and we will deal with them again -just not with the West Island branch as long Marco is managing it due to his lack lustre performance and attitude.

We were looking to renovate our bathroom but didn't want to pay a pretty penny while still getting good quality material. My contractor referred us to Bain Depot Blainville and it was such a pleasant and positive experience from beginning to end. The store director Fabio was extremely helpful! His humble and honest approach on what was and wasn't needed for our bathroom was extremely appreciated! Thank you !!

I remodelled both of my bathrooms which were looking a bit too...1990s lol I found just the right looks I wanted to upgrade to at Bain Depot. Nicolas took care of me and helped me find everything I needed!
