I’ve purchased sod from Brayford two times now. Both times they were very accommodating for my delivery needs, excellent customer service.They have a great product that can make any yard look amazing. I know others who were also very happy with their product and I would recommend them to anyone.

I cannot say enough about the high quality of customer service and product that Brayford Sod Farms provided me. They were so accommodating in my time sensitive request and made me feel as if I were their top priority. Their crew worked competently and diligently to lay the most beautiful sod on my lawn. It hasn’t even been a week and it looks amazing. I’ve had more compliments from passers-by and I give kudos to Brayford Farms every time. Thank you, Sam, Troy, Ben and crew!

Horrible customer service. The owner, Mrs. Brayford, gets iritated easily and is not open to working out delivery times. I had a paid crew waiting around for 6 hours for a delivery that didn't arrive until 7pm the last time I ordered. Mrs. Brayford was completely unsympathetic and frankly, did not care that it cost me more than the sod to have my crew waiting around all day. This is unfortunate, because they do have a good product and we've always had good experiences with picking up smaller orders directly from the field. Nonetheless, we will not be working with Brayford anymore.

I went back and forth with the idea to sod my backyard I finally decided to go ahead! I reached out to multiple sod farms and then finally contacted Bradford Sod, The lady who answered the phone was the reason I decided to go with Bradford, mrs. Brayford was so helpful she even went as far as giving me tips and ideas to make my work easier, she was a breath of fresh air and the product is gorgeous, the image on their website of the competitors sod and their sod is 100% accurate. It’s beautiful and healthy and I’m so excited to lay in it when it’s ready, thanks again Brayford Sod and a special thank you to Mrs. Brayford for being a friendly voice in these crazy times!

They pay attention to their products. It is family owned. Good quality sod. Will most certainly check with them again.

So I've always been a grass seed guy since 2002 but decided to take a walk on the wild side and try sod as recommended by Cameron of Agri Turf in Alliston...amazing place and customer service. I was impressed at the customer service provided by the ladies in Brayford's office and by Sam at the sod farm. I called Brayford at 7:00 am April 29 and was told to expect a call back as it's been raining for the past few days and they had to check if any cutting was being done today...I was shocked to say the least to receive a call back at 7:07 am informing me it was a go to pick up my 12 rolls of sod...My project of only 100 square feet came out better than expected and based on the advice from Sammy at the farm...yes I did put the green side up and here are the pics to prove it

Best sod, exceptional people to deal with, Jacob knows his stuff! So knowledgeable. Also had a chance to meet one of their barn cats, whose also adorable! :) Great work guys, keep it up. BTW, the sod still looks amazing after 3 months, no weeds, just beautiful green.
