I was trying this place for the first time.I have never been more disappointed. I went in to get a chicken bowl. The food was disgusting. Everything was lying out of the steam table. When I saw at how terribly they were making my food I had ask them to stop right away and asked for my refund. The guy working there was extremely rude and refused to give the refund. I had no choice but to take the bowl. The chicken smelled horrendous and noodles were dripping in oil. Honestly i would rather stay hungry than get food poisoning. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

One of the better restaurants for bowls compared to Burrito Boyz or Osmows. Their chicken is actually white, tender, and flavourful. I got the Baja Chicken bowl and the sauces were flavourful, it paired together everything really well. I got the lite size and it was more than filling! 4 stars because the black beans were dry and they were taking it out of the container, it seemed pretty dry. But overall, it was a great meal.

Don’t usually give a negative review but this place is severely understaffed. Ordered a burrito and quesadilla with only one other customer waiting for a bowl. The entire process took 30 minutes, and the poor girl seemed unsure herself what to do at times. Then an Uber driver came for the order and she hadn’t even started.Please hire more people, the workers need support and it’s a bad experience as I saw people look visibly upset at the time needed to make the food

After showing up a few minutes late for my order pick up window, they hadn't even started making my order. I was disappointed....But then, when we tried to eat our tacos, they were just sitting in a puddle of sauce. I have had the 'Tequila Lime Chicken Taco' before from a few different locations, but this time it was very bad; just awful.The sauce was so overwhelming, it was inedible. We tried scrapping it off but, it turned into a soggy mess. So, we ended up having to throw it out and ordered a pizza instead.Normally, it there's a single issue with my order, I let it go, but this was just to dang saucy. This location is not for me. :(

I enjoy the burrito’s from this locations most of the time. However, I have had bad experiences before, burrito too messy, too much sauce on it, burrito falling apart. Today I did a pick and got there 5 mins later than my pick up time. There was only 1 employee working at the store. I feel that management has done a very poor job in scheduling staff. Either they need to hire more of have more staff on site. The one employees was taking all the walk-ins and also completing Uber/skip orders. They need to hire more employees or scheduling more than just 1 employees. I was very disappointed as I had placed the order at 7:20pm and they started making my order at 8:14pm. I am very disappointed with management as they need to do a better job scheduling staff.

Don’t bother coming to this location. Ordered two beef burritos, got home and neither one had beef. I called them up and they swore they put beef in BOTH OF THEM. I brought one back because the other one was half eaten.They take the burrito and see I’m not lying and offer to remake the one I gave back. I don’t blame them if they made the mistake but the lack of ownership is terrible.The big, Indian guy with the beard was the one that called and showed complete arrogance and changed up his story multiple times.

Due to COVID-19 everyone should take care of themselves and customers, I visited this location for very first time. I'm highly dissatisfied with the location. The employee took my order and I paid cash for my order. Because of covid every food chain is taking care of it, trying not spread contamination. So, as I paid with cash, the employee didn't washed her hands and directly touched a burrito on a grill without wearing a gloves. Furthermore, she came directly to front got a pair of gloves and started making my order, which wasn't acceptable. Rather than these store was so messy, everything was here and there. Even the make table was arranged properly. the toppings were looking outdated. I recommend store to teach proper guidelines to your employees and maintain cleaning properly. I hope you may get concerned about the situation. Thanks.

Service is good. Food is delicious.Only problem is whoever managing this place doing it cheaply, only 1 server was available on weekend.People was waiting for food over 30 minutes.Server is very hard working guy.Owner should hire more workers.These stars are only for server.

Ordered a shrimp and pulled beef burrito for me and my brother. Wait was really long, which we didn't mind because they had a national burrito day special going on and it was busy. However, once we got home, we realized they'd given us two shrimp burritos instead. Again, since it was really busy, I understand how such a mistake can occur but hopefully the staff can be more careful in the future, as we do have other family members with seafood allergies and this could've been quite dangerous. Otherwise, the taste was average. Nothing too special.
