Great shop. The staff that helped me get my skates baked was knowledgeable and helped me get a comfortable fit on my new skates. There was a bit of a line up for sharpening, but you can drop off and pick up too.

Best skate buying experience I have ever had. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. If you are looking for an intermediate to high end skate either for figure or hockey, this is your shop! Thanks so much for an awesome experience! I am super happy with my new skates!

Bought my second pair of skates today from professional skate- it's been 12 years! Thanks to Rick and his team for listening to my wants and needs! Very happy with the service I have received over the years. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff.

For the figure skating side: used to be a lot better but over the last year my skaters (and skaters from every other coach I've talked to) have had a lot of issues from this shop (misaligned blades, flattened rockers, uneven sharpening between outside and inside edges, etc). Then, last week I got my skates sharpened and not only did they flatten the rocker but also shaved down the pick. When I took them back they tried to tell me that the rocker wasn't flat (I've been skating for 25 years and coaching for 8 and also got several other nationally certified coaches to check and it was definitely flat) and that they could just fix the pick (which isn't true because once it's shaved off it can't be added back). As I am also a pair's skater, these mistakes can be highly dangerous and could easily result in broken bones or concussions.

So helpful, got the best fit on my new skates !!! Bought a pair at a big box store and the fit was terrible they heat formed my skates 3 times to make sure they were perfect . Best fit ever !!! This shop is the best in town!!!

Can’t say enough good about this place. Cody and the guys truly offer a professional experience from the moment you walk in the door!Hadn’t bought a new pair of skates in 10 years and Cody went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I would encourage & refer anyone to go and get fitted for skates or any piece of hockey equipment here !

Site made the reseach of my product easy, price were right despite the skate blade holder I was looking for was really rare as it is out of stock. Melissa was great to handle my order ;-)Great experience

2nd Floor Review (Figure Skating); don't know the 1st floor (Hockey) but they seem sweet.They're getting a little bit Rusty with sharpening blades; check your blades before you leave.

Can't say enough good things about this place. A couple years ago they got me skates that fit properly after other small specialty shops failed. They took the time to ensure they would fit even when I was skeptical they had the right size (they were right and I was wrong). Last week i brought my daughter in for new skates as i thought she had out grown hers. they measured her up and determined they were still good for her and then they stretched them where they might be bothering her. to top it off they sharpened them for us at no charge!. I came in planning on spending $150 on skates for my daughter and spent $0 on her...don't worry management (i bought myself $130 shin pads instead lol) and rest assured i will be back in January for her new skates. Great shop and employees are significantly more knowledgeable than other retailers!Highly recommend them! Only one complaint, that location is tough to get to so another store in the north would be awesome!Cheers
