The experience at Ag West Service was terrible. They had the Semi for 7 weeks. They safetied the Semi and the trailer. However both the semi and the trailer had air leaks. We have been having to do repairs and still have to take the semi and trailer to a different shop to get the repairs done right. When we asked Dan how the semi and the trailer passed the safety he immediately got upset cussing at us. This is not a place to do business unless you like throwing money away.

Have taken several company vehicles here for services and repairs. Always done on time with great friendly service and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend Ag West to anyone looking for reliable and honest service.

We have not had need of using their service very often but when we do they do a great job of getting our equipment in and out of their shop quickly

Called for loss of electrical on my truck for roadside. The young fellow arced a live cable on one of my air-conditioning lines burning a hole in it they tried to weld it after not ordering the part of Friday Like I had asked them too but trying to get it Monday after I talked the the boss. The weld had pin holes that were leaking. I called them again and tried to make arrangements to go back on May long to get it fixed. Left phone message that was not retruned. After 4 days of 106 degree Temps in Texas I had to take it into Freightliner to get it fixed. Cost 2700.00 dollars US to get it fixed. The green sealer they put in had damaged my compressor plus the damaged line the damage cost me more than getting the electrical issue they were called for repaired.. Could have had the truck towed to Regina for less than this whole thing cost me.

Always the best service at the best price! Very honest as well, which is hard to find amongst mechanics.

Their mechanic on wheels service helped me 3 times this year with issues on an old Case Tractor. Matt was super responsive on scheduling and John the onsite mechanic was patient and explained everything well. I definitely will call, recommend again.

Great shop very cute furry formen when in Moose Jaw this is where my truck goes!!!

Matt came and met us in the evening to look at our trailer, both springs broke. He had us fixed up and back on the road the next day! He also inspected the rest of the trailer to ensure there were no other issues.
