Brady has never been a huge fan of bath time and for the longest time I had to spoil him with peanut butter and horrendous amounts of treats! With the equipment necessary to hold him steady, as well as a lighter water pressure so that he wasn’t so nervous, my baby boy turned into a magical seal and braved the storm. Best part was that there were towels, an apron as well as some treats to reward him after his water works expedition. Plus the added bonus that he smelled so good! The staff were supportive and professional.

My dog loves this place more than I do! It's probably because he gets treats and all I get to do is pay. All kidding aside, great staff, close to where I live makes it very convenient. They have everything to keep your furry friend happy!

We used to use the dog wash frequently (once a month or so) to wash our two dogs. We are loyal customers. This is the only place we have ever washed our dogs in Vancouver. We used to book in advance to use the dog wash area for 1 hour at $10 each.I called some days ago to secure a new appointment to learn that they no longer book the dog wash. Okay, first come, first serve. We were they yesterday, and we were charged the same price ($10 each) to use the area for 30 minutes. We did not have enough time to dry them because two customers were waiting at the gate (rudely staring at us, btw) to use the area. We left 29 minutes after entering the dog wash area and had to blow dry them at home. I know the rude staring customers are not the shop's responsibility and probably the booking thing was not working as they expected to, but cutting the time available to wash our dogs by half and keeping the same price does not seem fair to me.The main reason why we go to Tisol is to wash them. We sometimes buy treats (they have a good selection), but I am sad about this last experience we had yesterday.

4 times now with terrible experiences with staff. No help from one person. Clueless. 3 times I’ve had terrible rude discriminatory experience from an older lady with the glasses that’s works there all the time. She has been nothing but very condescending, not kind and arrogant. This location of tissol has been nothing but horrible. I will never return and take my business to the lovely kind appreciative staff at pet pantry up the street. I gave this location many chances to help change my opinion but no more. That older lady with glasses needs to be fired. Customer service is important and she needs to find something that brings her joy in life. Working in pet store is not one of them

Seems to be the least stocked out of all the Tisols/Bosleys around. I was redirected to other stores for almost everything I was looking for. My regular Bosley’s in Kits is smaller but seems to have way more products

Good customer service and a great selection for everything besides birds.

I never write negative reviews, but the customer service here the other day was so shockingly bad that I felt I needed to do something. I went in to get a comb for my cat. When I was ready to pay for the comb, the young woman at the counter was serving someone else. As I approached the counter, the customer in front of me left. The young woman serving looked at me approaching her, left the counter and walked away. I stood there for about five minutes, with no one coming to serve me. Another older man who worked there walked past, looked at me, and kept walking. As someone who used to work extensively in customer service, this was absolutely appalling. Finally, the same young woman came and served me. She didn't greet me, just grabbed my item and scanned it. This is not the first time staff at this store have been rude (looking miserable, not greeting customers as they come into the store, ignoring customers). The staff at Bosley's on Denman, on the other hand, are always friendly and kind. I won't be coming back to this store again, especially when there is a wonderful store with excellent customer service close by.

Love this store and love their products . I shop here a lot . But like Tania , I’ve experienced rude passive aggressive comments from an older lady with glasses the other day. I literally went in and my puppies ears are cropped and she went off on how she thinks it’s mean and said “poor you” to my dog. I like my dogs ears cropped , I bought her that way and it’s MY decision and MY pet. I’m not here to ask for your opinions , I’m here to ask for help and buy products . This type of attitude will drive good customers away. I spend tons of money here on my pup and now If she’s there I won’t want to go in. I already deal with Enough hate on the streets on this subject. I don’t want to hear unsolicited opinions from workers at the store I shop at.

Friendly staff. Pricing has gone up but sales on a few select items has helped at times. Great selection of dog treats and food. Also great grooming supplies for someone that has a Malamute wolf cross ❤️
