so I went to this Tim Hortons the other day and let me tell you, it was a disaster. The poor girl in the drivethrough was the only one in a pink shirt and she looked like she was about to have a breakdown. She couldn't even take my order without being interrupted by someone else. It's like they aren't even bothering to train their staff properly. No wonder this place is failing.And when I finally got my food, it was the wrong order! Can you believe it? And to top it off, they had the nerve to blame us for it. I mean, come on. This is hands down the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I'm never coming back here again. Trust me, save your money and go somewhere else.

I went in this morning to order a coffee. I placed my order and the lady said something but I couldn’t understand her so I indicated that, she then said something but still couldn’t understand her. I told her “I can’t understand what you’re saying”, she then got really angry and yelled at me. I suspect she thought I was mocking her accent but the reality is I couldn’t hear what she was saying because of her mask, all I heard was muffled noise. If management wants to prevent incidents like this I suggest they provide the employees with a better mask more suited for speech. Another employee witnessed it but said nothing, although she did look surprised and quickly got my coffee. In any case… I’ll never return there again, it was embarrassing.

Won’t be back. Of the Tim’s around Stony & Spruce, this one really seems to struggle. Had limited menu here several times. Tonight just wanted a chicken wrap. Prices went up recently to over $8.00 for a snack. As usual it took way too long for such a little order. Then go & park to eat it and find they managed to tear the wrap the full length of it. So it’s an un-wrap. Sad that they’d hand slop like that to a paying customer.

Third time something like this has happened… asked for my usual cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese (it’s a regular treat as I leave Spruce Grove headed west/home), and this time instead of getting the sweet taste the first time I bite into it, I taste asiago. Looking down at the bagel in my hand, I can see bright orange, where the bagel has been sliced in half. When I went back inside I was greeted with dismissive glances from the person who was asked to correct it (same person who did it in the first place.) Then she made exaggerated gestures to show me when she cut the bagel in half, and then when she applied the fresh cream cheese, and then when she cut it in half again. Lackadaisical in demeanour when she handed it to me avoiding eye contact and NO apology at any point. Next time I will make the effort to go to the one across the road even though it’s a bit out of my way heading west. If this had been the first occurrence like this, I wouldn’t have left a review but this is the third time something like this has happened (no idea who did it the other times) - where they are not cleaning their knives or spreaders in between. The last time I was half way to Wabamun before I noticed, because I went through the drive-through. This time was walk-in to take out.

This location is CONSISTENTLY bad. Slowest Tim’s I’ve been to. 15-20 minutes in drive thru with 1 car in line. Ordered a bagel during my dinner break at work and when I got to the window after wasting 15 minutes of my entire break behind ONE car, they tell me “sorry we actually don’t have anymore bagels”. Left and went back to work with nothing to eat. It has happened more than once.Update I tried again today during my break at work. The business hours are set for 11 but they won’t sell food past 9:45… just drinks… no signage or anything. So again I leave empty handed. Not sure if it’s lazy staff not wanting to clean the grill again or what, but I have officially given up on ever trying to buy food on my break. Such a waste of time

Steeped tea was actually cool, not even warm and not as ordered. Wrong type of bagel and topping. We actually had to wait until they served a lady, on foot, that was apparently staying at a hotel next to this location. Picture attached shows lady walking away and waving to us.

Second time I got a burnt Bagel. Customer service is not good. I recommend to drive up the road, to the another Place.

Wow this is the worst Tim Hortons I've been too. They close at 11 you show up at 10 and order something and they tell you sorry we don't make food this late. Wait what ? So why are you even open till 11 so from 10 to 11 you just tell people to go away . Laziest Tim Hortons I've ever seen. Avoid it like the plague if you can.. That's not right. I won't be coming back here and I'm definitely making a complaint to headquarters..

I wait over 10 mins for my food!People behind me got their food before me!I was waiting for two large soups and two ham and cheese sandwiches!Every time I try and use the deals, they just don't understand how thoughs deal's work and never get to use them ,I have to pay full price!

A whole lot of employed bodies, not a lot of workers. Took too long to get 2 coffees and 2 bagels. Your ppl need some better training.
