Stunningly bad customer service! I walked in and the first two guys ignored me and picked up the phone the third guy asked if I’ve been helped?He helped for a few minutes and then answered a call to help someone else. After a few minutes with the other two guys now doing nothing except ignoring me, I walked out. I will never waste my time here again!

Dan at the desk was quite abrupt and unhelpful. Tried to sell me twice the parts I needed. I didn't go for that so he sold me the wrong part which I was able to figure out before I left the parking lot thankfully.

Amazing customer service, these guys know their stuff, most times one of them have owned the same vehicle that you are trying to get parts/advice for. Never up sell you, when they say what you need then that's what you need! They will find the right parts at the best prices every time. Also have a wicked discount bin! Best auto parts store you will find!

I don’t normally leave reviews but this is by far the best place in town I’ve been to! The owner was extremely kind and understanding, he helped me replace a clutch another mechanic in town was trying to scam me on, got me a very fair deal cost wise and was super quick getting me my car back! Cannot speak high enough for the whole team here! 10/10!

What’s the point of even being open? You open at 7:30am and close at 5pm. 90% of people work during that time; on top of that you are closed Sundays. You guys have made it extremely difficult to buy parts and have let me down completely. I ended up ordering my parts online. Most of your clientele are blue-collar individuals who work 7-5. Please make changes that will accommodate to your customers. Maybe you guys will actually get some business.

The WORST parts dealer I've ever dealt with.Customer service is lacking, they are rude and not helpful, and they do not stand by their products.Short version...In May 2021, I purchased a Rotomaster turbo through NAPA and had my Dodge dealer install it.Before June 2021, the turbo failed. Causing extensive damage to my truck engine. So much damage, I had to replace the motor.I tried consulting with both parties (NAPA & ADP Turbos) multiple times and there was nothing they could do. In fact, they told me the turbo failed so badly
