Ultramar Energy
This place will double charge you and will not use your credit on the account for future purchases. They just keep charging your card without using the credit. When they double charge for fuel they do not fix the problem without having to call in and they do not give you interest on their mistake. If you dont pay them they charge interest and ruin your credit, but when they do it, its fine.
