Does anyone know if this is open? Last time I went it was closed down without any changes on the site/hours due to covid. Please update changes properly before people go waste their time...

I was very disappointed of your service. Its my first time to use your delivery service from other countries and it was not delivered to my home because there was missing letter A from the address. You directly return back the parcel to the sender. Theres even no email or any notification to confirm my address. Its not reasonable you will just return the parcels because you didnt try to contact or wait for the receiver to call and pick up her parcel to any post office nearby. You dont have time frame to store parcels for one week maybe customers will call to come and be verified and take their parcels??You will just return it within 24 hours without notifying the receiver? I have my IDs and my rental documents if you really want to confirm. This is not reasonable.This is a mistake from your side. I want to complain for this. Its frustrating.

Staff is friendly. Location is a bit hidden since it's at the bottom of Phase 4. Check for signs, Bureau de Poste or Post Office are clearly marked throughout Phase 4 of PDP.
