I contacted Cowan many times by call phone. Even though i stopped at Cowan in the 225 King George Rd, Brantford but they are not response.I think, Cowan process in service too slowly and not good.So, I bought the insurance from another Brokers.

Insurance rates are really way to high for the length of time I have been with them and whenever I dispute it I have to get them to find a better quote.The building is so elaborate I now understand why we are charged such a high rate. They gotta pay for this beautiful building somehow

My family has been with Cowan forever. My 26 year old son pays $120 monthly for house and Auto. I am 56 and pay $186 monthly for a 2009 Cobalt. Can someone please explain why???

Good insurance broker. Brokers are competent and know their stuff, only complaint is there is a lag on their telephone line which makes communication a little bit tricky
