They didnt call before doing the repairs with an estimate., as i had asked to be. Then after being over charged. They sent me on my way. With the recomendation i got something else repaired. It was a misdiagnosis. They must have accidently unplugged some vacume lines, and didnt put them back in.

Had some work done a few months ago on our Food truck. Was done with quality and speed. Very happy with Robs work. Was back in today with an issue with my door and Rob took time from his hectic schedule to have a quick look (turned out to be 15 mins or so) and found the problem and fixed right away. Amazing place that i would, and will recommend to anyone else for their truck service or repairs. Cheers Rob, food on me. :)

Rob Gilles runs a very busy shop. He is courteous and professional. A motorhome which my father had placed a down payment on with a used car dealer was sent to Rob for a safety check. After several cancelled pick up dates from the dealer and a phone conversation with Rob, in which I was skeptical about his honesty, my father and I showed up unannounced at Rob's to investigate the situation. Despite my prejudicial attitude towards him, Rob took the time to show us the extensive repairs he had been making to the aged vehicle and explain honestly the reasons for the delays, in a calm, courteous and forgiving manner. He had one of his employees work overtime to finish it and had it ready for us on the new date he gave us. As a former auto body repair technician who has worked in a variety of shops in two provinces that ran the gamut from small, one employee operations running illegally, to a large dealership, I have witnessed and been asked to participate in many dishonest activities. I have to say that the way Rob responded to my cynicism is exemplary and extremely unusual in today's world. He didn't have to deal with me at all. His contract was with the car dealer, yet he took the time to treat me in a fair and reasonable manner. The only reason that I haven't given him 4 stars, is that the exhaust system which was very old and rusty and which he had to modify, was not entirely perfect in my opinion. Given what he was dealing with and my constant pressure on him to finish the repairs speedily, what he did do is still above average. Kudos to you Rob! and thank you for your kindness, patience and a job well done
