if dude was a bit more talkative he could get feedback from clients or like see the trending pattern in which one sells the most but nope. cant even recommend a flavor or reply when client says hello. and then a wall of shame. idk man. no need to fire the guy but maybe someone thats use to work with the public could show him how its done. a good attitude is primordial in retail business which is already the hardest type of business for a owner.

Been in a couple times and don't think I'll be back. Staff was friendly, but the merchandise is overpriced, the store wasn't that clean and they Can't give prices out over the phone".... Unlike any other vape shop in town. I'm definitely not making a special trip just to check prices and find out Vapors Kingston or Dolans is cheaper."

Purchased pods that were defective and could not be used. I returned them to the store to exchange them and was told since their supplier won't give them a credit for the return, they won't exchange the pods. It's terrible business practice to sell defective items and not offer an exchange. Why is it ok for the customer to take a financial loss but not the business who sold the defective product? That's the cost of doing business. No point in returning to this store, will purchase from a buniess where I know my money won't be wasted.
