Very unethical business practices, reviews are heavily edited. Buyer Beware!They disappeared after overpromising and accepting 50 percent deposit.I contracted with them for a new bathroom, which required additional permits and plans to my condo syndicate and the city office. Initially, they were very responsive and accommodating. As soon as I submitted the deposit, it became more difficult to communicate with them. When we did communicate, all of the design choices I had specified initially in writing were debated, called uly, and I was told they were impossible to do. So, I compromised and worked on a new plan. After doing only one of the promised plans, all communication stopped. I sent follow up emails and no response. I offered to accept a partial refund, if they didn't want to do the work and still no response. I will be following up with a formal complaint. Really unfortunate they wasted months of my time.I was charged $1500 for designs I cannot use and incomplete for submission to the city and the total charge was over $3000. This business has responded by attempting to publish private information which is illegal in Quebec. I have already filed a complaint and suit. This is the level of their professionalism.""

When water damage in the bathroom became an unplanned opportunity to renovate it, we got in touch with 6 contractors. RD construction was the only one that was responsive, courteous, and attentive.Planning the project with their interior designer was a pleasure, with frequent exchanges to establish furnishing and finishing decisions. Furthermore, product links allowed us to carefully weigh our decisions based on specifications, quality, and cost.Once the project was underway, their crew was like a well-oiled machine. They worked diligently and quickly while always being mindful about keeping the mess as contained as possible. It was a delight to see the significant progress they made at the end of each day.The renovation took 8 business days and we're extremely pleased with the work they've done, and impressed with how they went about it.We would not hesitate to recommend RD Construction to others, and we're already expecting to hire them once more for our eventual kitchen remodelling.

We were looking to replace all windows and the entry door in our house. In this research we have contacted multiple companies, working in this area, reviewed their products and pricing. We were looking for tilt-and-turn window system, which, unfortunately is not very common on North American market. This is how we've found RD Construction. They offered exactly what we were looking for and at very competitive price. The product is of excellent quality, the installation was done very professionally. RD Construction just renovated our main bathroom and we love it! The quote was very reasonable, the work was well done and Roman was great at letting us know that something would be better placed a different way (eg. tile placement). You can really tell he has experience! Also, the floors were covered from the front door all the way to their work space in order to protect them and the space was cleaned up at the end of each day. Will definitely be contacting Roman again!

Very professional company, Anastasia and Roman are a good team and very easy to deal with. We had contacted them for the construction of a new bathroom in our house. Work was completed on time, within budget and the job was well done.Only con is I wish there was more communication from the contractors. We were new home owners and would have liked if certain decisions were discussed with us in more detail.

As my retirement neared my wife and I planned a bathroom renovation. We hired a designer to give us some layouts and with that in hand we started looking for a contractor. This is when we connected to RD Construction in January 2022. We met with Anastasia and Roman. Of the three companies we met with, they were the most reasonable in pricing. They also gave us some suggestions to improve upon the original design. In addition, Anastasia worked with us when selecting tiles and bathroom fixtures. Work did not begin until the early Fall 2022.When the old bathroom was removed down to the wall studs, it was discovered that the existing studs were not up to code. This required removing the three walls around the bathroom as well as adding studs to the outside wall. This extra work was reasonably priced and completed in 3 days.Our bathroom was designed to accommodate us as we aged. No more bathtub, a shower that could easily have two people. We calculated how much space a walker might need should we ever need one. To increase the floor area we purchased an in-wall toilet where the tank is in between studs in the wall. We also had the toilet set to 19 inches, the recommended height for people with disabilities, we don't have any, or for us as we age. All fixtures except the shower hang off the walls.The work of Roman and his crew was excellent. The crew was friendly and we found them comfortable to have in our home. As you will see in the photos below, they did an amazing job. Their work was 5 stars and should we need any other major renovations they will be who we call.

Roman and his team did an amazing job installing tiles on our terrasse. These tiles were 48 in x 48 in, special care was needed and they installed it perfectly. I would recommend them anytime. They worked from early in the morning until 20:00, two days in a row !!! Their man concern was to do a perfect job. Thanks so much :-)Ben
