Subaru of Orillia

It doesnt take a whole lot of research to find out this dealerships stock is priced slightly higher that ones more south. I assume people who buy cars here dont know how to use filters on the autotrader app... We did however like the staff here they were all very nice... just not pat an extra $6000.00 nice..

Had to spin by yesterday for a sudden issue with my Outback. The service team jumped into action at 4:30pm and addressed my concerns immediately. I’ve always been welcomed here and treated really well. Really appreciative of the prompt assistance. Great service.

Shubhdeep and Graeme have been of great help from the very 1st day, The car was delivered on the same day as mentioned while I made the booking for the vehicle. My experience with Subaru Orillia was FANTASTIC. All of the staff were warm and welcoming, and very experienced! Particularly I found Shubhdeep and Brock to be excellent salesmen and very easy to work with. Shubhdeep was accommodating, kind and considerate with my considering this was my first time purchasing a vehicle. He was knowledgable, and easygoing while answering all of my questions. I would without hesitation recommend this dealership, specifically Brock and Shubhdeep, if you are looking for a new, or used car at a great price from trustworthy individuals!

We are extremely disappointed with the detailing of the car we purchased. The car was cleaned to the very minimum. There was dirt and scuff marks throughout the interior. But the most concerning issue is the lingering cigarette smoke which is unbearable. At the time of picking up the car we brought our concerns to John Muise’s attention, he said he would walk over to Orillia Auto Spa (which is owned by the same ownership) and see what can be done. Five minutes later he returned with a spray bottle and rag and attempted to clean the car which was an absolute joke. During numerous conversations I had with John Muise I mentioned that the car needed to be detailed impeccably and he assured me that it would be. That obviously did not happen. This experience has been a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT.

I came in and was greeting on-lot by Chloe while browsing their inventory. She was friendly and informative and gave me a quick quote. I came back after getting another quote from a dealership - which she was able to beat.When it came time to have my previous vehicle appraised, she was unavailable, but being aware of my busy schedule, she passed me on to another salesperson (Thomas) as to get me in and out asap.Thomas was just as great, with a very knowledgeable and confident & calm demeanor he made things easy, and stress-free. They were able to beat a previous appraisal and I was ready to place my order for a fully-loaded, WRB, WRX. But to my surprise, that exact model has just showed up to the lot - cut to me driving off lot with my brand-new WRB WRX 2 days later.I'm super happy with both the service and the vehicle.

Thomas was an amazing sales person and a huge pleasure to work with! Although I didn't buy a Subaru he was able to take the time and work closely with me to find exactly what I wanted in a timely manner!I would absolutely recommend Thomas to anyone in the market looking to get into a new or used vehicle!

Great dealership providing fantastic service.I purchased my 2018 WRX here almost 4 years ago I received great service from the sales department.I recently returned my car to the dealer for and issue of rust on the doors. I was told it was a manufacturing defect and that it would be fixed free of charge. I have my car back and it almost looks brand new again.I definitely recommend working with the team at Orillia Subaru!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Subaru of Orillia. I dealt with Chloe Basque and she was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helped me find my perfect car! She made the process of purchasing my new Forester easy and answered all my questions making sure I understood everything. Love my car and very happy I went with this dealership!

Rude and arrogant Subaru employee on the phone in Service today. Sat on hold forever only to be greeted with an un-sympathetic staff person who can't get our car in for 3 weeks! No pre-planning during 'tire season' to still allow customers with urgent repair issues to be looked after. We won't purchase another Subaru despite liking the product, simply because of the poor service at this dealership. Not the first disappointment with them unfortunately......Don't recommend.
