TLDR: Worldwide Animal Travel was tremendously helpful with helping me move my pet rats from Vancouver to Toronto. Their price was reasonable considering that the services covered literally everything, and the reps that I talked to were all very helpful and kind.I have two pet rats that I wanted to take with me from Vancouver to Toronto. It turns out that the majority of Canadian airlines don't accept rats, and trying to organize with cargo services was overwhelming. WWAT gave me exactly the help I was looking for, with a level of care that far surpassed the airline reps I talked to (who, btw, actually laughed at my attempts to get accommodation for my rats). My relocation coordinator Liubov was kind and patient throughout the whole process. She responded to every email promptly and did a great job answering all my questions. The people that helped with bringing my pets to and from the airports (Sunee and another individual whose name I unfortunately forgot) were also incredibly kind and helpful. Their services included the flight, all the headaches around logistics/paperwork/fees, and even a carrier that they modified with wire fencing for safety. As expected, this wasn't exactly a small expense, but it was definitely reasonable considering the services that were included and the high level of care that was consistently provided to me and my rats. I would recommend them to other ratty parents that are looking for accommodations.

A friend recommended Worldwide Animal Travel to me in relocating my cat from Canada to the UK. I was very nervous about putting my baby through the stress of a long trip, but everything went so smoothly and despite being a lot of a scaredy cat, my cat has settled in to her new home so quickly. From my initial interaction to dropping my cat off, everyone has been so friendly and helpful and you can tell the value and importance of ensuring all the animals are cared for and safe. My travel coordinator Sarah went above and beyond with answering all of my queries, ensuring we had all of the correct paperwork, and following-up on oustanding steps. This is the ultimate peace of mind with what's been a very stressful moment in our lives.

Worldwide Animal Travel made the experience of bringing our 13-year-old Border Collie from Canada to the UK stress-free. From the start, the staff were very accommodating. Our dog had a few health issues and, on a couple of occasions, had to postpone his trip. Our situation was handled very sympathetically and accommodatingly by the staff. When it was time for our dog to travel, the whole process was straightforward because the staff walked us through each stage with lots of information and was always quick to respond to any queries. It's a worrying time flying your beloved pet from one country to another, but I felt very reassured and confident that he was in excellent care. With a posting overseas we knew we needed a very experienced company to ensure our dog Lucy made it safe and sound while we managed our personal travel arrangements. Before the move, everything was explained and all queries and concerns were addressed. Updates were provided throughout her travel which made us feel very comfortable knowing that she was in very good hands.I highly recommend this company and their wonderful team for any pet travel services. I will most certainly be using them again in the future.

Absolutely loved our experience with Worldwide Animal Travel! Our two kitties were really well taken care of on their journey from Vancouver to Lisbon, which included boarding for a couple of days before their flight. Our coordinator, Jacqueline, gave us clear, step-by-step instructions throughout the entire process and took care of every single detail. This took away so much stress and made our move that much smoother. We could not recommend this pet relocation service enough!

Having never transported pets on a long flight before we weren’t sure what to expect and how the whole process would be for our cats. Fortunately the people at Worldwide are very experienced and professional at what they do! From helping us ensure paperwork and forms were completed correctly to arranging a broker in the UK (who were also very good) the whole process was smooth and without any issues whatsoever. We were a bit concerned about how our animals would handle the whole experience and of course not being with them the whole time we had no idea how they would react. Well, it must have been a good trip for them because they arrived in the UK and immediately got settled in to their routines and are very happy. The carrier was Air Canada, and although everyone seems to pick on them there is a very good relationship between Worldwide and AC, so no worries there at all. Yes it’s expensive but having done it this way and seeing that it was so easy and not traumatizing for the animals, there’s no way I would take them in a tiny soft carrier in the cabin!Thank you everyone for making this very stressful experience a good one!

Amazing service from start to finish!Traveling from Vancouver to London with my 2 babies. Something I thought would be so stressful was a breeze thanks to the team and Jacqueline. They where looked after from start to finish and arrived at London with glowing reports from the custom team. Everything was set out easy to understand and follow and any unsurities just called and was explained no matter how big or small the question was. We used WWAT to fly our 65 pound bull terrier from Toronto to Ireland. Our experience couldn’t have been better and we can’t recommend this company enough. They were efficient in the process of organising my pup for travel as we only arranged for him to travel 3 weeks in advance. Any queries we had were answered super fast and to the best of the travel agent’s knowledge.. they knew exactly what was required in relation to documentation that was needed. Which really helped because we weren’t completely sure of the regulations to fly from canada and into Ireland. A detailed itinerary was provided in relation to the plan in place for the travel day along with super helpful information in relation to how to prepare your pet for travel. Our travel plans could not have gone more smoothly and our travel agent coordinated with all other relevant parties on our behalf. Staff at the office facility were so friendly and really looked after my pup and also provided photos of him enjoying a walk before preparing to travel which was really nice to see and super reassuring.
