Dr. Hugo K.C. Law and Associates

Read this before you come here.Pros:Doctors are great and good at their jobCons:Receptionist will let others cut you in line even when you have an appointment (happened to me and my family many times)Expect to wait at like 2-3 hours even when you have an appointment (this is my family doctor and this is average wait time, now during covid its 1.5 hour on average)This is what happened to me, my mom was late for a few minutes for her appointment (she has memory issues) and the receptionists proceed to let everyone see the doctor ahead of her. My mom waited a whole 3+ hour and when she confronted the receptionist they say Who told you to be late." If this practice goes on

Doctor Law both father and son are wonderful doctors, extremely nice and really concern about patient's health and keeping patient in faith. Good things are always worth the wait. I am confidence to put my precious health on their hands. Thank you for those work in medical fields for putting their hearts out to help those strangers who seek for professional advices. God bless them all.

Doctor Ivan was wonderful , however , the receptionist was so rude. Ivan accepted a new patient but the receptionist gave me a hard time when I tried to make an appointment. Lack of manner , she said she will ask the doctor to confirm but I had waited for an hour , no one get back to me !I called again , she acted very rude again !

Updated new hours. Dr. Ivan appointments are well kept and timely meaner. I want in at 11:20am in Tuesday for body check and blood work. Was done around 11:45am.Very well managed of the amount of patients in the waiting room. On a Tuesday morning when I went to see Dr. Ivan Law. My appointment was at 10:45am and got the the clinic at 10:42am and already in the room waiting to see Dr. Ivan Law by 10:51am. This clinic used to be over packed with patients in the waiting room and waiting to see Dr. Ivan was never too long but to Dr. Hugo Law is another story can easily be over 2 hours. I’m so glad that they are still spacing out the amount of patients in the waiting area. Dr. Ivan is a great doctor that takes his time to listen and explains things when it’s unclear.

Dr. Hugo Law has been my doctor since I was a baby. He is a wonderful doctor and very knowledgable. One time I had shingles, and within minutes he was able to diagnose me. I am very thankful to have him as my family doctor. The downside is the wait time, even with an appointment, the wait is usually an hour. But, he is worth the wait!

Dr. Ivan is a nice doctor, but lack of experience, he would be a good doctor upon he got much more experience later. When he don’t know how to do, he didn’t reply the patient. Hope he don’t ignore the patient need anymore.

Dr Ivan Law is an excellent and caring physician. Looks after his patients genuinely and does not rush like many other doctors would. Upstanding doctor/person all around.

Dr. Ivan Law is one of the most knowledgeable, kind, caring and patient doctors I have ever met. I am very grateful that he is my family doctor.Thanks to the fair and impartial receptionists. All my appointments don't have to wait long.
