Vedder River Inn

Great place all around! The rooms are nice and comfy the owner is wonderful, management is extremely helpful front desk workers always smiling and I do not know where you find your house keepers but can I hire them for my home too? The rooms are spotless! After speaking to the front staff they are extremely friendly Gina is so upbeat and makes you feel at home, Pashmine (sorry if I spelled that wrong) has an amazing smile and wonderful personality.

Staying for a week with a family member and they knew there would be 2. Had to ask for a lot more coffee, creamer,sugar and bathroom tissue. AND they do NOT provide any kleenex. Clean but NO extras for the $250.00 a night! Beds are not great either, definitely not high-end. No clock either except on Microwave. Too much money for this type of room. Only convenient to walk to condos to visit family living thereBy the way $200. damage deposit required and an inspection.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Had a room booked for months in advance and they called the day we were to arrive (less than 8 hours before check in) to cancel on us because they changed their pet policy and would no longer allow our family dog. Our booking should have been honored, or at the very least we should have been given more notice as this was right before the long weekend. Absolutely disgusted.

Staff in reception very helpful especially at 11:30 pm. Room very clean, you can tell they have invested in their property. Bathroom updated, nice walk inshower.Overall lovely independent motel.

The Vedder River Inn, This motel is one of the more expensive motels I have ever really stayed in before.The motel will charge you $15 per hour any time after 11am if your not either extended in your room or packed up and moving on your way, this motel does not do late check out as an option.This hotel has laundry its $4 to wash and the same to dry, again very expensive, but the machines work well and are located in their own secure laundry room on the motels property. So convience yes.The Vedder River inn does not have complementary breakfast, but there is McDonalds and Tim hortans very close by.Over all the motel is really well kept. Very clean and seems to be professionally managed, it's just very expensive for a working man's motel.4 out 5 just because of the price and because they charge you by the hour every hour after 11am for late fee, they should really just have a late check out rule like everybody else.

Do your research before staying here. I was charged $100 to clean pop/juice out of the carpet - neither of which were consumed in the room. Reading the reviews below it seems to be common for them to charge bogus fees. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Do not recommend.

The rooms were clean and warm. Grounds are clean and nice as well. Front desk was nice and easy check in and check out. I suppose TVs could be upgraded and mattresses are adequate. The location is great and depending on one room you can have mountain views.

$305 a night you can't sleep here the walls are so thin you can clearly hear people talking on all sides of your room.This has been the worst hotel on our trip and charge way too much.

Rooms are looking tired on the inside. Very basic hotel, don't expect much of amenities.Service is fabulous. Our check in was great with a very welcoming front desk. Helped out a ton for restaurant options. Check out went really well with a man who went above and beyond. Help us figure out Cultus Lake water park info and just a little bit of warm touch as we head out.Best location if you intend to go to the lakes and the Waterpark
