I’ve been coming to see Chris for my haircuts for a couple of years now and it’s always a top-notch experience. The salon itself is beautiful, all of the stylists are friendly and kind, and the service is consistently high quality without being pretentious. Chris always gives helpful suggestions but isn’t pushy and I always leave with my hair looking exactly how I imagined. Can’t recommend enough!

From my first visit to Charm and Champagne in 2019 I was so thrilled to work with Kyla. She really understood how to work with my fine hair and my #hairgoals .I had many many years of box dye in my hair and Kyla transformed me from almost black to beautiful blonde. I love the colour of my hair, the style and the texture! I find I am always looking forward to my next visit to Charm and Champagne and the magic Kyla works on my hair.

I cannot recommend Charm and Champagne enough! My first time there I walked in with blue box dyed hair and Kyla turned it into a gorgeous brunette color. When I went back today with color faded from over a year ago Kyla spent around four hours to make my highlights perfect, as well as what I’ve got to say is my favorite haircut I’ve ever had. I don’t plan on going anywhere else!

Brenna was amazing! She took amazing care of me and I really enjoyed my time with her as she helped me turn my terrible haircut into something I will now take care of proudly. Thank you again Brenna for taking care of me and helping me turn my dusty Dorito's looking hair into a fabulous look that really helped me feel more confident!

I had a great first time experience at this salon. The inside of the salon is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I felt warm and welcomed, by my stylist. She spent her time on my hair and her scalp massage almost put me to sleep. She recommended some products that would help my hair growth journey which was very helpful.

I've been seeing Kyla for a few years now and I can honestly say she is the best stylist I've had! Her cuts are perfection. She does the most beautiful highlights. Most importantly she listens to what I want and I always leave so happy. I completely trust Kyla with my hair and can't recommend her enough. All the staff are so friendly and kind, the salon is beautiful. Can't wait for my appointment next week!

So happy with my hair after my first visit to this salon! I called in for a last min appointment and they got me in which was great. Marli did both the colour and cut! The whole team made the experience very pleasant. The lighting in this salon is also so natural and bright. I would definitely go back!

I’ve been getting my hair cut at Charm and Champagne for a few years, but my recent cut and highlights with Brenna have completely blown me away. My previously poofy curly hair is suddenly easy to style and looks great with minimal styling. This is the absolute best cut I have ever had.

This salon worked a miracle for me. Chris is fantastic. If you are looking for a welcoming and personable salon who does excellent work, this is the place.I was three weeks away from my wedding. I went to a hair dresser who I had been to a couple of times in Langley to get a colour touch up. I was aiming for an overall natural chocolate brown colour, but it resulted in my hair being JET BLACK. I was horrified. Unfortunately when I called them the next day they were unwilling to acknowledge how black it was or offer to somehow help fix the situation.I happened to be in New West the next day to pick up my wedding dress and by coincidence walked into Charm and Champagne wanting to see if the salon sold a shampoo that could help strip the colour. I was greeted by such friendly and welcoming staff. I explained what had happened to Chris and she listened so attentively. She was very realistic about the situation and what my options were. I am still so shocked at her willingness to rectify the problem and how accommodating she was at fitting me into her very booked up schedule on such short notice. She provided reassurance when I needed it and truly went above and beyond in helping me. I was able to see her the next week and she was able to correct it to brown for my big day.Chris was very professional and personable. I really appreciated her honesty about what my options would be, and what she would recommend and why. She took the time to explain things and really made sure she understood what I wanted. It is obvious that she is very knowledgeable and experienced with clients and their hair. I highly recommend this salon!

Just had the best haircut and style ever from Brenna! I hadn’t had a haircut for a year because my old hairstylist stopped cutting hair and i had some bad cuts since then leaving me nervous to try somewhere new. My hair is super hard to style, curly very long and Brenna did an insanely amazing job. Really nice layers for volume and they blend well and look natural. I absolutely love it and now have to go here forever. Thank you!!
