Do not buy anything from here..They only sell broken appliances and do not honor any exchange or refund. They did nothing for us when we tried to return.Bought a broken dryer that never worked..Stay away. Don't even take anything from here if its free.Disgusting human being to treat people like that.How are they still in business??Shame on them!!!

No Stars. Made arranges with Rava to meet at 11am (when they open) to purchase a stove through Kijiji. We showed up at 10:50am. A red mini van advertising Town & Country Appliances 22 King Street East showed up at 10:55am with 2 people in it. A beige 4 door car showed up with 1 guy in it at the same time. We thought okay 1 of these folks is/are the owner or employee(s). No one got out of their vehicles. The guy in the beige car was sitting there smoking up his brains. 20 minutes later both of them left at the same time. It was almost as if they were waiting for us to leave and when we did not, they left. We left at 11:20am. with no message from Rava. Total waste of time. Do not waste your time!

This criminal and convict Raya sold washer and dryer to me at a cost of 900 dollars in the name of stacked washing and dryer and also promised to supply me a set of stacking kits but during the delivery time she refused to hand in stacking kits. I tried to make her understand that without stacking kits, I could not hook it up. But she got angry at me ,and physically attacked me as a result I called police but she ran away from her fake business place 22 King Street East, Dundas City. I got her back and I will chase her up to the court so that she can not escape the justice. Please don't buy any product from this fraud.

I’m surprised they are still in business. Sold me a broken drier and refused to exchange or refund my money. It didn’t work from day one and they have a 3 month warranty they claim. Zero customer service and horrible attitude from a female who works in their so called “customer service”.

had a great experience buying a brand new LG fridge here in jan/23. I was skeptical from reading negative reviews before buying but overall a great experience with everyone from this place. they even helped me load up the fridge on my trailer. I will be coming back for future appliances!

I bought a dryer and fridge from these scammers. The fridge makes terrible rattling noise and dryer did not even work whatsoever! They said they test all appliances but they obviously do not. Then I try to return or exchange and they do not answer the phone. Once I got ahold of them the rude 20 year old girl would not do anything for me and was very ignorant. Terrible place they obviously get free appliances thar are broken then resell. Do not buy anything from them. Just edited.. this is how low these people go.. trying to reverse things on the paying respectful customer that just wants what we paid for. Every review on you scammers is a 1 outa 5 so you can lie all you want but the consistent and generous 1 outa 5s proves you are a scammers. Keep your measly couple hundred dollars you scammed from me but you degenerates are being aired out for your business practices. You wouldn't have all negative reviews if our experiences were untrue.

DO NOT BUY FROM HIM - ROBERT KENNEDY IS A THEIF.Purchased a fridge from him and asked for the money upfront. Sent him an etransfer and wasn’t responsive. Asked for my money back and he refused and said he’d send me the fridge despite me purchasing from another business.It has been one month and still no response. No fridge has been delivered and he has not yet sent me my money. At this point it’s pure theft.

We bought a washer on Oct 14th. Didn’t work from day one. Messaged for 2 days no response. Took it back and they gave us another one and not even a month and it isn’t working. They have advertised 3 month warranty parts and labour. Now they say we can’t help you take us to court. $400 and nothing to show for it. Buyer be wear.we have a baby in our home and they don’t care.
