Called on Tuesday to book a tire change appointment for Sunday morning (today, April 2nd). The auto department guy said that Sunday was wide open and no appointment was necessary, I should’ve known this was not going to be the case. I loaded my tires and rims up, and when I got to the desk he asked if I had an appointment, to which I told him the guy said I didn’t need one. They were booked up and if I left my car for the day he “might” be able to get to it. Terrible customer service. Make sure your whole team is on the same page. Today was my only opportunity for the next two weeks to get my tires changed!

Overall, the store is tidy and staff are friendly. My experience with the service department was underwhelming. I purchased tires on the website, which were not in stock though they were listed as such and thus took several extra days to arrive. When they did I selected an appointment time for install. At drop off I asked for a time estimate so I could figure out my day as I don't live in London, ie. pickup tomorrow if they were going to be a while or wait in the area if they were going to be prompt. They were not prompt. I was told about an hour" and they would message me when complete

Auto center review: My car overheated in their parking lot. I asked if they could help me with just a coolant flush. He went in the back and said they couldn't.I had to have it towed across town, to another Canadian Tire, to get service. They showed very compassion or empathy for the situation. I would not get work done at this location.

There was no one willing to help. No one was able to help in the paint and tool dept. There was only one cashier to help a line up of 15 people. Also I would like products to be made in Canada again, there is no point of shipping products across the world. The Canadian tire 20 years ago was my favorite store. Now I just shop at the doller store. The products are the same

Tidy store and friendly staff. Usually good selection. Biggest complaint was that I ordered something for curbside pickup that I needed same day. It said the item would be ready that day when I placed the order. Then, when I got the confirmation email the pickup date was changed to a different day.

Always bright & clean. Was there this time to get car windshield wipers.. There is an easy to use touch pad directly in the wiper section attached to shelf with wipers. Took 30secs. Only draw back.. Having actual people ..helped with more detailed installation ... But that's what our phones & YouTube is for I suppose.

5/5 store!!! Very neat and tidy, and LOOK at the selection of the Cuisinart kitchen mats!!!! Modern, plain or classics with Mickey Mouse.Loved the price as well, couldn't believe they're only $19.99Will definitely visit again :)

I know its not the fault of this particular Canadian tire but their whole system is wrong to begin with.Absolute nightmare to get refund for damaged online order.They insisted I need to bring my damaged items back into store for refund where I never visited since I ordered online and got it shipped due to physical difficulties.I ordered 3 terracotta pot saucers and they were shipped in one large bubble bag, all together, and boxed it. Since them being clay, of course they were all broken shattered inside the bag.If they were the ones who made mistakes, they should honour it and refund over phone or email exchange with proof of photo and video.Why even have online shopping/shipping option if you are going to make people come to the shop with broken items.I requested credit card charge back because I'm not going to waste my money on something that isn't my fault.
