Tried to use the Chargepoint app and card but only worked by tapping a standard credit card on the charging station. Customer service was very nice. Empty lot on a holiday. Thanks!

These charging spots are almost always full from UFV staff and students; same car for 6hr+ at a time. Do not assume these will be available if they are at the end of your EVs range.
