Jonathan is an all star employee. He helped me a lot with my painting projects. He was the only employee working on the weekend and still managed to juggle customers while practicing safe social distancing measures by limiting the number of customers in the store. Great and super helpful staff! They even dug up old, out dated paint swatches to find the colour to match our condo walls and trim! Plus the paint went on fantastic, easily hid all the imperfections.

I really enjoy the service I get here! Kate is really helpful and knowledgeable and so does the store manager here! I don't paint very often so I have boatload of questions, but each time they patiently answer my questions and direct me to the suitable products. Not to mention the store is clean and inviting and great prices comparing to big box stores. Thank you!

Fantastic staff know their products and are very easy to work with! Have used various lines of Dulux paint and never had any issues. Store is usually well stocked and the employees are very knowledgeable and can answer any questions. It can get busy so it is good to phone in orders ahead of time

Had a very good experience getting some painting products recently. Called ahead to see if they had any in stock and said I would be by shortly to pick the item up. Staff had it out on the counter for me when I arrived. Great customer service!

As owner of Eco Star Painting I've purchased paint there for many years. The staff is top notch, knowledgeable, courteous, and great to deal with. I've been in business for over 25 years and this is one of the best paint stores in town.

Good customer service. But I find their paint swatch doesn't match the end product they give you. Consistently, we've picked a colour on the swatch, ordered the paint, went home to apply it, and found the end result to be quite different from the swatch sample.If you have something for them to colour match, that might be fine, but if you're picking a colour from the swatch, be prepared to be disappointed when the paint dries on your wall!
