I was referred to Dr. Cowan by a friend. I was at my wits end with my health. I was dealing with stress, anxiety, depression. I am an athlete and my workouts were stressful because my recovery was so bad and my progress was non existent. I believe that I was at my lowest of lows I have mentally or physically ever felt. I have been working with Dr. Cowan for around three months now and I can not believe the changes that I have experienced already. He sent a kit for testing hormonal levels directly to my house and I was able to easily perform the tests and send them away to the lab. My results were staggering. I have been to doctors and they have done blood draws in the past and my results have always come back in the normal range. The results I got from Dr. Callum's test were staggeringly abnormal. I FINALLY have answers as to why I felt so tired and crummy all the time. He set me on a protocol that had me feeling changes around the three week mark. Now three months in I feel SO incredible.
