As a person who struggles with anxiety I cannot begin to express how amazing the service Dr. Tan and his team provided . The empathy and understanding, as well as patience and knowledge were unmatched. The entire person is of importance in this office and the care received was paramount. Staff members Jody and Paneet went over and above to help reduce anxiety and assist in any way they could. I would recommend the extraordinary team of professionals at Healthy Image to anyone looking for their entire person to be recognized and respected. Thank you Dr. Tan for such quality care.

Has cancelled on me numerous times. After 3 years of being referred numerous times i have yet to meet this doctor. his office has neglected to schedule me or contact. Finally when they did, I spoke with the receptionist over the phone. She provided the incorrect address and Suite number. I tried calling numerous times only to get the voice-mail. When I finally located the office they had already cancelled my appointment without warning. They claim they attempted to call to confirm". This did not occur. I just am not important enough for this man's time I guess. Thank you for not providing medical relief for 3 years now.That is a flat out lie Dr. Tan but thank you for showing everyone that when your office makes mistakes you then blame the patient and make up false attempts to contact.I have not received a letter nore has Femme at the CMHA contacted me to say you cancelled. You have not contacted me until now to cover up your failures.I'm not the only one with these same complaints. Hire staff that's compassionate. Your secretary is a disgrace. Could be why you have such a low review rating on multiple platforms...I would say take care but it appears you only care about yourself.Kindly do not contact me."

Dr. Tan was helpful with my skin care needs. He took the time to ask me what my concern was and what I was really hoping for out of the visit. My biggest disappointment with that office is the staff. The front desk and phone staff are horrible. Impolite, condescending and rude on both the phone and in person. I have no idea how they are still employed in a business setting. This has sadly been ongoing for two years and not just a one time incident.

I have yet to meet the doctor, but the person I spoke with on the phone was miserable and rude. It honestly makes me wonder about the work environment.

Dr. Tan is very informative and gives all options with professionalism which I can’t thank him enough. Nurse that did biopsy was fantastic and careful.

If I could I would give o starts. The lady that is there is extremly unprofessional. Besides that she NEVER answers that phone, as if it would not exist there, she is also very disrepectful in person. Also it take a lifetime to get an app even that you have really big problems

Dr.Tan is a dedicated professional to his patients. He changed my quality of life with his care.I highly recommend him and his team is always so helpful too.

Staff and Dr. Tan are all nice, but I did not expect my mother wait more than one hour on top of the actual appointment time. This clinic needs to work on time management and needs to realize that people have other commitments to take care of during their day.

I went to Dr. Tan for a mole that was causing me issues. Of all the doctors to look at my many many moles, he's the only one who hasn't brushed me off about them. He very graciously agreed to take an extra few moments to check the rest at my consultation appointment, and found one he wanted to biopsy that I wasn't even thinking about. When I went to have that done, and two removals (which I'm not sure the desk staff scheduled as I asked, but totally fine as they had no problem doing them), he and his nurse were fantastic! They made me feel at ease, and it was all over before I knew it. He and his nurse have wonderful personalities, and were an absolute pleasure to meet. Will still be a few weeks for the results, but I know I'm in good hands with Dr. Tan! Thank you so much for taking the extra time at my appointment and procedure with me, it meant so much!

Our doctor referred us to a dermatologist Dr Jerry Tan at The Healthy Image on Walker Road. The office is very organized and fast service. But we want to say Kadine gave us an appointment and very efficiently moved it up when we wanted an earlier one. No hesitation and was very polite about it. The consultation and procedure by Dr Tan and his nurse was extremely professional, pleasant and smooth. We were in and out of there within an hour. After the procedure we were met with the two receptionists, Steph Cave and Angela. Both very efficient, friendly and polite girls. If you have any hesitation about a skin procedure, by all means, call your doctor and be referred to The Healthy Image and Dr Jerry Tan. You won't regret it.
