My experience with woodholls has been outstanding. Grant was our agent and he was always helpful friendly and professional, very down to earth which you very rarely come across these days. I cant thank him enough for everything he helped us with. Ross also helped us occasionally and was always great too. An absolutely fantastic team and company!

My buying experience with Ross and Grant was very pleasurable. They contacted the vendor upon request to help speed up the selling process, which enabled me to complete before the stamp duty holiday ended (thank you!!!) . They were highly professional, very easy to talk to and always helpful.

We went looking for an estate agent to market our home, we chose Woodholls in Aylesbury because of a recommendation and the way Grant represented himself and his company. Grant works on reputation, and it is working. From the initial assessment to working with us to highlight points of sale to setting up viewing he was always on the ball. When things started to become complicated (which house sales seem to do!) he did an excellent job at calming the waters and working flat out to resolve issues, always there to answer questions and make suggestions, and to actually listen. Brilliant service from Woodholls estate agents! I dealt with both Ross & Grant who handled the let of our rental property in Kensington and they have been fantastic. After having issues with a previous tenant and a different estate agent we were very cautious about working with another estate agent to find a suitable tenant. However Woodholls done everything right which made the whole process stress free. They got things up and running very quickly and after a short time they sourced a wonderful tenant. Ross was always able to provide professional advice and suggestions which we took on board and Grant certainly accommodated our needs!
