We just had a pool safety cover installed and we couldn't be more pleased. The workman did an absolutely terrific job. They took great care to make sure that everything was done well and with accuracy. We also appreciated their willingness to answer any questions that we had. Awful service. Go to Water World Pools instead!After trying to address an issue with install that delayed the set up as well as our summer plans, the owners lied about the water delivery procedure in effort to blame the workers, and later dismissed my upset saying he’d look into the problem just to never get back to me. He still refuses to get in contact with me.

If you want a pool from here save yourself some time and money and just set the cash on fire, then go to the beach. The owner is a selfish charlton with no honor or respect. A through and through thief

They serviced our pool last year and the water turned green the 3rd day... this year we hired another contractor and for the past 2 months it's been crystal clear...I don't recommend them

End of May before the website stopped allowing quote submissions, I requested a quote. No response waited over 2 weeks. Called the store asked if there was an email I could send the information too. Was given an address sent the details and received a receipts sever has blocked your email message.Waited again then called and left my name and email for someone to get back to me instead. It's been a week again and still nobody has bothered to reach out.Not happy , guess business is so good they aren't looking for work.

Prices were extremely high, and so were the workers when they worked on my friends pool last summer. There concrete prices around the pool for stamped concrete were way to high, not impressed with the service. Did not get them to do anything but a pool. Will never get them again.

The staff is friendly but, wasn’t able to help me. I asked to speak to the owner and he provided terrible customer service. They were happy to take my money but, I have felt a lack of support through set up. Wayne, one of the owners was rude, dismissive and wouldn’t even return a follow up email. Will not recommend their store.

We are renters and our landlord has an account with Sterling. I've been into the store and had them out and these guys (and girls) have been the friendliest, most helpful people I've talked to in at home" services. Did their job right
