Nice tome to come clear a residential area !!!! Funny the can come during the day to clear the road but not to haul the snow away .... thx for waking the granddaughter bunch of goofs. Soo not impressedAn hr later and still getting trucks camped out outside our window at high idle .... granddaughter still up trying to get her down again sure glad I don't have to be up at 6 for work

White Out Snow Removal is an excellent company to deal with. They provide high quality and prompt service. They were always able to accommodate any special requests I may have had and were pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Snow removal services- last year would have have given them a 4 out of 5- it was first year of our contract. This year so far if possible would give them a 0 out of 5. Poor quality and even poorer service. Have to call to push them to show up to clean snow each snowfall this year. They certainly have failed to honour the terms of their contract with us.

This company has been blacklisted by our condo board and property management. They were hired to pressure wash our brick laid courtyard. They left a huge mess one every owners doors, windows and outside walls- full of mud and dirt sprayed. Not a single unit didn’t send a complaint to management. The staff who did the job broke our window installed AC unit, all the metal spokes where the air comes in were melded together and flattened. Our property management has tried to advocate in our behalf to have our AC unit reimbursed or replaced, but Whiteout has failed to correspond or respond at all the complaints of our condo owners/renters regarding their poor job and damages done.

I have now used Whiteout for 3 winters to service both the stairs, sidewalk & parking lot snow removal. I have used other companies to previously provide this service however they never really met my expectations. Whiteout not only met my expectations, but exceeded them with on time delivery of service in both snow removal and sanding. Recommendations are always made regarding sanding to ensure safety for the residents of this large Condominium Complex with 12 parking lots serving 410 stalls. This is not an easy task but Whiteout does an awesome job in providing on-time service and great results.
