I’m surprised by all the 1 star reviews. I will share that my recent experience was good as the customer service was great and friendly and my sandwich tasted great as all ingredients were fresh.

The owner is very nice but the old lady who works there makes my sandwich like she hates my existence and this disdain transfers right into the sandwich.... I tried to eat this soggy garbage and couldn't even take a single bite before throwing it and my money I spent with it in rhe garbage... I've tried multiple times but I swear I'll never bother again as I've probably wasted $50 there and can't take it or afford to throw my money away anymore..... completely disgusted with this person, I couldn't keep her working in my establishment and I did not want to complain but this is ridiculous.

Do not expect them to be open on a weekday at 8am. They are always late and open at 9am. They should just change their hours on google.

I went today,2020-05-24 to grab myself a sub for dinner.Opened the door & two women were standing inside with a cat???I asked them to leave as this is a Board Of Health Issue,not too mention Coivid 19 also exists in feline species.I had a very lengthy discussion with the young lady working behind the counter,asked her to wash her hands.She proceeded to tell me the cat was in dire straights & was very ill???Ill from what?I would love to hear from corporate or owner to know what they will do to sanitize the establishment against,who knows what??This was not a service animal & a very ill one.Please let me know,as I will be lodging a complaint with the Health Dept.Soooo,would like to add as of Today another Bad Review.Tried to Support Local Business & was thinking my First experience was a bad one?This pm went to the store at 9:30 & Staff had the door locked,looked out from the back & refused Service.Needless to say took my Business to Hwy 2 & Westney.Disgusting!!!Closing time is 10pm.You don't deserve Support.

[Cutting Corners]Grilled Chicken appeared to be what is normally a single portion cut in half turn it into a double. Topping volume was determined by a small pinch being spread across a foot long sandwich. A request for more led to me being informed that I was being charged extra.I usually tolerate the reduced portions of this Subway branch due to convenience but this most recent incident was so egregious I felt compelled to write this review to let future customers know what they are likely in for and that they might find more bang for their buck at alternate locations.

Sub was extremely stale which is unusual for subway, not any where near as many toppings as they normally give out. The worker went to put my sub in the toaster without asking if I wanted it toasted. Also I paid 15$ for a turkey breast combo which doesn’t seem right. Certainly if I’m going to put 15$ for a sub I’d expect better quality. Not worth the money at all, support a local sub shop instead. Only reason I didn’t give a one star is because they were relatively quick.

If you want a steak sandwich look elsewhere, the scoop size is half the size of any subway I have ordered from. The employee did apologize which doesn’t always happen. I guess when ordering via Uber you get what you get.
