Love this place!!! Super friendly customer service. I am Celiac and they have a variety of GF snacks and breakfast items. They also have lots of bath/shower necessities. There always getting new items so I love to look around and try new things!!!

Wonderful place to go! Great selection of products! Staff there is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with finding me something good for what I need! I would gladly go back here anytime I need something!

I have been referred to ALEX in the covenant gardens, London, On. on more then one occasion. Each time I have gone in, the staff seem knowledgeable until I ask more detail questions. They had to ask the owner and he didnt know the answer nor cared to dig deeper.I was asked to visit ALEX again since I was at the market. I showed the cashier a picture of the product I needed and asked her to verify I picked the right product. I then called the young mother I was perchasing the product for as it was a larger bottle and more money. All was confirmed. When I delivered the product is was wrong. I called the store to ask if they could do anything and the cashier put me on hold and a man picked up. I explained I had told my story to the previous cashier and was he following up on my call? He replied I hear to help you

Decent place if you need healthy products while you're downtown, but Healthy Planet at Fanshawe Park and Hyde Park has a way better selection and better prices. The staff seems to be far more knowledgeable at HP too. Most of them are Registered Holistic Nutritionists.

There isn’t one person who works here who gives bad customer service. They are knowledgeable and helpful, and incredibly kind. I absolutely love this place and if you love yourself and your body you should shop here!

I’ve been coming here for years to do a variety of my shopping and I’ve never once been disappointed! The customer service is always phenomenal and they go above and beyond to help me find exactly what I need. I’ll be a life long customer and I always recommend this place to friends and family!

I go to that store every time I am in London, because they have quality healthy products. This week, however I got really turned off by them. I like one of their yogurts, which is also sold at Loblaws.Well, the last time I visited the store, 2 weeks ago, their regular price was $6.50 or so (similar as Lowlaws). I go this week for the same yogurt and the price is $7.50, down from $9.00 something.I do not reward greedy business owners who take advantage of the inflation. I know they are closing at the end of the month and whether or not they pop up anywhere else in the city, I will not be going back. They have turned me right off.
