Great people own this trading Post!!! Had the best experience ever replacing my necklace that I needed to hold my dead son's finger print pendant! They do not offer any help what so ever and the owner or some management followed me out to say I threatened them after telling them that i would be down rating them. They are disrespectful and dismissive, and the guy also threatened to deal with me saying that he doesnt go through cops to deal with people hinting at violent approaches.

Very friendly and helpful. As a Blu Ray collector they have a vast selection of Blu Rays which is always great to see. The Blu Rays are a tad expensive compared to other Pawn Shops in the Fraser Valley, but I keep coming back to get more because the staff is great and the selection is some of the best around.

I bought two beautiful rings there yesterday, and they were so helpful and knowledgeable .The store is beautifuly layed out and they have an awesome selection of stuff.Definitely going to go back!

Today I just spent $300 on a RCA TV they had it on full screen so I didn't notice a crack in the screen because when it's on full screen you can't see it so I took it home I plugged it in and it went to small screen so it wasn't full screen and I noticed a crack in my TV I called him back and I'm like there was a crack in the TV off I can't do anything about that now I sold it to you already so there are scam artists and I hope people no not to be buying things from them unless you check it out at their store there are pieces of s*** I would never buy anything from them ever again

I go into store quite often ...I have bought a few jewellery pieces and I have also pawned a bit..I find the staff very friendly and fair prices ..I would highly recommend Henley's.

They sold me an electric guitar that doesn't even work. The pickup is completely blown. Lessons learned. Get them to plug it in first before you walk out of the store. And get a receipt

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS STORE ! WARNING!So I was purchased a monitor from them. And after I brought it back I noticed the monitor has a few black lines that does not show any pixel on the left side. They refused to do anything about it and said because I dropped the monitor ?!?!?!Won’t recommend 100%
