Very disappointing taste. I have eaten here before and it was nice but today was really bad. The chicken fried rice had a weird taste. It was just rice and red paste, partly made eggs and chicken.The popcorn chicken didn’t have enough batter on it and it was dry. No consistency compared to the last time I ordered. I don’t believe I will order again.

Lots of selection it’s hard to pick. Had all the fruit slush flavours not one flavour has been bad. Haven’t tried the food but there’s always lots of people eating in. They also have various board games to play if you sit down. Very cool atmosphere.

Ordered via Doordash. Arrived really fast to Eastmount. Tokayashi was good and sour-savoury, shrimp rolls were very good, battered squid was super chewy, japanese french fries was like poutine with some kelp and flavoring and pretty good. Bubble tees were excellent. Overall very happy with the food and drinks.

Fantastic food, friendly service and the best bubble tea anywhere in Hamilton. You've got to try the takoyaki, and either the Honeydew Black Tea bubble tea or the Mango Milk Tea. Those are both so great. I come here all the time. It's great for a first date, hanging out with friends, playing boardgames or just grabbing bubble tea to go :)

We had the braised beef noodle soup, popcorn chicken with rice, taro coconut slush. All tasted very delicious. Service is good and place looks clean. Not sure if the red walls and black ceiling is the design they going for, but a fresh coat of light paint would brighten the place up. Right now its a little bit dated. Overall good food and will come back.

I think the Tea Hut is probably the best bubble tea shop in Hamilton Ontario. I love their selections of bubble tea flavours and the option to choose your base e.g black tea, green tea, milk…etc. BONUS on the hot food items! The first time I visited the Tea Hut, I also landed up ordering a number of their appetizers, deep fried squid, takoyaki balls, shrimp rolls, and edamame. YUM to all, I have no favourite as they were all fantastic. Heads up, they also have hot pot!! Good lord the variety reels you in and keeps you going back! Good job guys, you own my bank account!

this place use to be very good 1 year ago but new owners took over and it’s terrible now. I ordered brown sugar milk tea and they quite completely just gave me milk with sugar. Google reviews wont let me put pictures but you would very clearly see the colour difference, one was brown & the other was pure white. I asked for a new one as they were trying to feed me sweet milk, if I continued drinking I would’ve felt extremely sick. I actually think they forgot to add tea into my brown sugar milk TEA.

I am a bubble tea lover so it was a no brainer to try Tea Hut! Their bubble tea was amazing and I was definitely satisfied. To my surprise there was quite a bit of food as well which went perfect with my drink. They had an online ordering option which made ordering much faster and easier

Good place for students to grab a cheap drink and buckle-in. Came here with a group of friends for a late evening hangout and was pleasantly surprised at the selection of drinks available. There is a moderate amount of seating at the TeaHut Cafe so a small party should have no trouble finding a place to sit. The service was fully done through a QR code that you can scan. You order through an online app, but you can likely also order at the cashier if you prefer to take-out or go that route. The cafe takes your order, prepares it, and brings it to your table for you signifying a low-key, decent emphasis on service.With regards to the ambience, I would say that they definitely should redecorate as the lighting is quite moody and the aesthetic quite plain. You could probably find a brighter, more fun bubble tea place elsewhere. The drinks are extremely well-priced starting at $3.50 for a regular plus toppings or an upcharge if you upgrade to a large. The cold bubble teas are okay, nothing special, but good for the price. However, the hot tea pots are interesting and great. Our group shared one and I would definitely recommend it as it can lift your spirits; especially on a colder day.Overall, it's a good place to be quiet, have a drink and study or have a cheap pick-me-up, but I would recommend a different location if you're going for a night-out"."

Popcorn chicken was so delicious! Has a great flavour and good spice level. The menu has many variations of food to keep it interesting each time you come back. They even have real fruit slush drinks with unique combinations like peach and banana. The sweet potatoe fries were really fresh too.The place is very clean and staff is very friendly.I can't wait to dine in.
