Jenna and Cassidy were fabulous today. My 9 year old daughter and I had facials and pedicures and they explained everything to her. The service was amazing and we left feeling so spoiled. Thank you Jenna and Cassidy!

For our 1yr anniversary we had a couples massage and enjoyed every minute of it. Therapists were very kind and friendly. Ambiance was perfect. Massage was incredible!

Since I was not able to travel this year, I decided to try a différent formula and pamper myself otherwise. I spent a week at Hôtel Beausejour and added one service per day at the Spa Opal21. What a treat it was!Thanks to Sara for making this week absolutely fabulous with a facial, a moroccan spice body wrap (my favorite) and a pedicure. Sara made me feel very special and her care is absolutely awesome from beginning to the very end.I also discovered Barbi-Jo (RMT) who gave me the BEST therapeutic massage ever.Thank you to the entire team for making this week memorable.Janice

DISSAPOINTING.and UNSATISFACTORY. Due to staff error, I was not given the service I originally booked, yet the esthetician did not offer any remedy. When I called in the reservation, I requested a facial treatment to remove impurities (ie: black heads) so the girl suggested and booked the ''corrective facial'' (also described as follows on their website: ''A customized facial to correct and target immediate needs of the skin (hydration, pigmentation, oil production and BLACK HEADS, and sensitivity)''). During the treatment, I thought the esthetician was working her way up to the ''extractions'' but next thing I knew the treatment was over and I had absolutely not received what I had ordered. At time of booking, I was led to believe that what I wanted was automatically included in the service selected but once all was said and done, the girl informed me that what I wanted was extra and needed to be added in the notes at time of booking (which was not done by the spa). She acknowledged that this was a staff error yet she did not even try to make it right. I didn't feel like fighting it so I paid and left. The whole experience ended up being more frustrating than rejuvenating. I will not be returning.

I always have a great experience here. I love their spa packages, especially the couple's half day spa package. Totally recommended to unwind and relax. Treat yourself!

Barbi-Jo is an excellent RMT. It's the main service I use here.I also saw their aestheticians last summer. Very professional, very nice, non-judgemental. This is important for a disabled woman like me, as I really struggle to take care" of myself in terms of hair removal."
