Poor customer service. Lady got my first and last both names wrong. My d.o.b wrong and my address was wrong too. No work ethics. Rude as hell. Will never go back. Poor services.

Came here yesterday for a loan not really knowing what to expect , it was my first time and the girl working the counter was very helpful ! Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable . Answered all my questions , offered advice on how to build my credit & because of her I left super happy & relieved . I can’t remember her name , she was a lovely black girl , if you see this thank you so much !

Whoever was working at Sunday December 11th at 3 00 pm needs to be re trained in customer service. Not everyone that visits your branch is a criminal. I was told I wasn’t able to get my money because my middle name that was on my driver’s licence was not on the senders receipt. Yet less than 500 km away I went to a different branch treated with so much more respect and even a smile and there were no issues. Bear in mind I’ve been at the money mart previously where I used my same ID with no issues, but for some reason this customer representative exuded pure arrogance and a lack of respect. Won’t be visiting this branch anytime soon.

Marva displays excellent customer service. It has been a very long time since I have gone into any business, and had such great client service. She is patient, kind, and very helpful. Give her a raise!!!!

Everyone here is quick and professional. They take the time needed to make sure everything is accurate but somehow still manage to be quick. Nicole is super helpful and pleasant to deal with. Not to take away from any other clerk/person there, it's just been my experience has always been A+ with her. Would give more stars if possible to all of them
