This is literally the best doctors office ever ! Not only do the Dr. Take care of their patients but the receptionist is ON point! She always makes sure to address your concerns and bring them to the attention of the doctors right away. I cant thank you enough for everything you do behind the scenes. As for the Dr.'s . Dr Faraj is my family doctor and he is hands down the best I ever had. So experienced and still helps you during covid by taking saftey measures and online visits ! We called this morning to fit our daughter and to get the staples removed from her knee after knee surgery. One we found the office was very accommodating and very helpful in squeezing us in. In fact, Shauna Was very professional and courteous and even called some patience to switch times with us to give us more time to get her daughter to the clinic as she cannot put any pressure on one of her legs. We arrived and we found that they were expecting us and we’re ready to receive us and the doctor was excellent in terms of explaining the procedure answering other questions.I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone who needs medical services.

In the 22 years that I've lived in Ontario (moved here from another province), I've been extremely fortunate to be able to call Dr Angela KHanna my family doctor. Every time I come in to see her she's been incredibly professional, she listens to my medical needs and always responds with care. Good family doctors are extremely hard to find, I know I've met my fair share of doctors that have treated me like numbers, never listen to my actual issue.The Thomas Alton medical clinic has an amazing family doctor and she has surrounded herself by some of the best staff I've ever come across. Not only are they amazing people but they care about the patients that come through. Every time I have a specialist appointment I'm reminded by a call from the clinic and every time I walk through the doors they know me by name. There's no doctor I'd rather see than the amazing team at Thomas Alton.

Dr. Khanna is excellent!Thomas Alton medical clinic has been our clinic since last three years and Dr. Khanna has been our family doctor and we have been grateful to have such a great Doctor. The level of knowledge and dedication that everyone one at the clinic is exceptional.

Not a walk in clinic, you have to call to get an appointment, don't be fooled by the walk in" clinic sign on the front of the building. You cannot just show up like a normal "walk in" clinic. Don't waste your time with this place"

The doctors here are great. They're compassionate and actually listen to you unlike other places and make recommendations based on that.Although I do wish it was easier to make appointments and wait times over the phone weren't as long

Dr. Faraj and the clinic staff are very professional, very pleasant and treat their patients with respect and care. Dr. Faraj listens to you carefully, and discusses treatments and options carefully. He makes referrals when required and ALWAYS follows up quickly and personally with test results; that is very rare and refreshing. I am very happy and confident with Dr. Faraj and recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent and compassionate doctor.

It's been a pain to find a good doctor and clinic and pharmacy; All of whom listen.We have been trying to getting used to the medical system in Canada and it was hard since none of the other doctor's we found were patient OR we're just plain rude!We really love Dr. Faraj! He's very patient, a good listener, but doesn't waste the patient's time with unnecessary talks and chitchat (I can understand he has patients scheduled b2b).We recently had a chance to talk to Dr. Khanna when Dr. Faraj was OOO. She's also very patient and provides different options.The reception staff is also good. I have mostly interacted with Shona and she greets every patient and treats with respect. I have seen that with other reception staff as well. There are times where I was not able to get through, but I get it, of course they are busy if they are good!Pharmacy: where do I start! It's seriously nice to have a pharmacist who will guide you based on what the issues are. He will NOT give you medicines that are just pricey, but rather effective. Rohit has been a life saver!I had issues early on to get a call from the doctor at a good time, but that has drastically changed. I usually get a call within 30-45 mins from the time it was scheduled. But that's true everywhere. Trick is to change/block your time instead!

In my seven years of living in Ontario, I finally was able to find a great doctor - Dr. Faraj.Patient, knowledgeable and a great listener. He would listen to your problems carefully before prescribing anything.The staff is great too and the pharmacist Rohit is a kind person, he would deliver the medication to your house for free if requested.
