Very easy to work with. Listened to what I wanted and kept within budget. Very knowledgeable of the products Trex carries. I talked to several other companies and received bids for the same product. Found out that Decks Unlimited was the subcontractor for one of the big box companies. I have a familiarity with residential construction, and unlike other companies, they didn't try to BS me. Again, unlike others, did not try to up sell me. L Very pleased with their work. They worked well within my HOA constraints. Just had an issue with clean up after the work was done, but I honestly believe it was because of weather, which put them behind schedule on other jobs. Who would have thought we would have rain and snow in the same week that late in the spring? I would highly recommend them.

I had a very good experience with decks unlimited. The overall process was smooth and complete before the promised date. I am satisfied and happy with our deck.

Jeff and his crew were very professional throughout the whole process. We decided we wanted to install a deck and Jeff explained they were 2 months out and they were right on schedule with the information they gave us. They were very quick installing the deck and it turned out great. I would recommend their services when looking to install a deck at your home.

Unreliable, did not do a good job, damaged my siding, and cement and did a terrible job trying to patch not replace the damage, porch is still missing screws in the railing, feeling if the porch was not done correctly, he did come out and replace some damaged fasteners and broken screws his crew left. His crew did not care, speed not quality was all they were concerned about. Jeff made many promises, that he did not keep.back in June , a month after he got paid and told me to do what I had to do, he again promises to come out and fix the problems, here it is 2 months later, no calls, no text, no show. He does not do a good job and once he has his money, he cares even less. Save yourself the aggravation.

After contacting 2 other Porch Builders" and getting very little interest

We are very pleased with our new deck! Jeff was a true professional and was easy to work with. His crew was kind, on time, cleaned up after the job, and worked hard to complete the project. We have had multiple bad experiences with constructors in the past, so when you find a reliable/ trustworthy one, you want to let others know. We would highly recommend this company!

I very first class installation. I’d hire them again. The attention to detail and courtesy was fantastic. They know how to build a deck.The communication with the company could improve. If you want to hear from them, call otherwise your questions will not be answered promptly. Still not a bad experience.

Wow what a great job Jeff did building our deck. His attention to detail and experience showed in his work and attitude. Jeff was recommended to me and I'm glad for it.

We are so happy with how our composite deck turned out. This team was professional & went above & beyond the original plan by making 2 changes that enhanced the look & changed the one set of steps for our safety. We highly recommend this company. They are a very caring, good natured team.
