This was the beginning of changes my life. I had tried “doing” so many things , read so many books and could not figure why I could make changes. I soon discovered that my nervous system was needing to be helped first and that without my brain being in a place to learn and feel safe , no change would happen.This is a tool , not a cure all , and I came from Edmonton for 3 days for 2 hrs a day because my life was not near being where I wanted and every external method , medication included wouldn’t help me. I was in self preservation mode , causing chaos on my life and marriage because my body was in such a constant anxiety and stress ridden place.Joann really cares about healing and to top it off she has been Councelling for 20 years I believe.It’s a part of my healing and I refer anyone I know to seek out body based healing modalities.

An alternative treatment for stress, anxiety, depression and the like. Well studied practices that prove to be effective on the majority of clients. Joanne is a wonderful person. I enjoyed the time I spent at La Loba and would go back.
