Auto shop is a scam artist shop. Plain and simple scammers. Do not trust them.

So i dropped 2 tires off to get them put on rims before work and after i got done work went back to ask if i could lick them up the next day and thay said yeah sure no problem not telling me they close early so i go back the next day and there closed at like 3 and my front tire was ready to blow so i had no choice to sit there and put a donut on my car to drive 45 minutes bacl to my house so im not to impressed they should have told me they where closed early

I am in Gravenhurst but still use this shop in Port Carling. Honest and best price around. I was told by another shop I needed a shock. Trevor did my brakes and said it was a good part. Didn’t end up replacing for two more years with high mileage. Book in advance as they’re super busy spring and summer.

Brought truck in to get wiring replace from front to back for the tail lights etc. They ran wiring part way to back of the truck and didn't go all the way needless to say my tail light was out the other day not impressed can clearly see the wiring not very nice. I guess I will just have to repair it myself

I am a tourist and not a local. My truck broke down in a parking lot in Port Carling on Monday afternoon. Called Town & Country Auto and within 10 minutes they were on site looking at the problem. They put a booster on my battery and I drove my truck to the garage. My alternator needed to be replaced and they had to order the part. They advised that they hope to have it fixed by Wednesday or Thursday. I received a call Wednesday before noon and it was ready to pick up. The total charge was very reasonable and the service was very professional. I would have no hesitation to recommend them for your service requirements. This saved my holidays.Thank you.Ray
