Not for meThe Management of this complex are very unfriendly - 2 of our neighbors moved out because of them.The townhouses have only 1 bathroom, split level - meaning you're gone run up and down the stairs all day long.Very old buildings - you can hear even the water running next door.Also, lots of pot smokers rent there....thank you but not for me....

Not even allowed a few snow toys outside, and when you agree to put them out of sight they state you need to clean the other toys (which arent even yours, you tell them they arent yours and they continie to say they are yours because your neighbour has boys so they wouldnt have a wagon and hula hoop this talk continues for a very long time)

Great place to raise kids near a awesome elementary school.

It was great until partiers moved in next door, blaring their music all hours of the day and night, hosting parties outside until wee morning hours, fights breaking out, loud arguments with threats to each other, etc. We submitted several complaints, and police came out 3 times. Management did nothing. They had told us it was a family atmosphere (not party atmosphere). Terrible time living there. Lost a lot of sleep, couldn't study/work at home without background bass music blaring, etc. I would not recommend this place based on the fact management painted a pretty picture of the quiet non-party atmosphere and then didn't hold up their responsibility for providing the rest of us neighbors with our right to quiet enoyment.

Great place to live when u have young kids. Maintenance us truly amazing!

Moved there thinking it was well managed & we were wrong. Were mislead about rental rates & before we even moved in the rate was increased from what was advertised. Every year they raised the rent the MAX allowable with no real value adds or upgrades. Theres kids running around all over the place, all the time, daycares being run out of units, yelling & screaming etc. If they are supervised the 'parents' dont say anything. The parents are just as bad. When this was brought forward to management they simply say its a 'family complex' and hand out letters, yet dont follow up any further. As an earlier reviewer indicated, there is no action or respect towards ensuring renters right to reasonable quiet enjoyment.
