They take the time to listen. They really do a great job at grooming my dog, even when she’s knotted like crazy ! I have tried many groomers and Beauté d’animaux is at the top!!!!

Brought my dog for his first haircut, and was extremely disappointed at the service that was given. When I called for the appointment I specifically said that I wanted a cut for my dog not a shave.When I arrived I reminded the employees that I wanted a cut and not a shave for my dog and was told that it would take 3 hours to complete a cut with scissors for my dog; which I told them again that I wanted the scissor cut and not the shave and did not care how much it would cost; and I was told that it was a long process if they had to use the scissors to trim my animal, but THAT IS WHAT I WANTED AND WAS NOT GIVEN; because i was given a response of “we will try and see what we can do”. When I arrived to pick up my dog i was in shock of what they did to my animal, where they shaved him instead of using the scissors which I wanted and asked them to do. Looking at my dog, I was very disappointed at the cut that they made, and was told verbally that my dogs’ face was cut uneven because he had a character. When you can’t deliver the service you should notify the customer if you cannot give the customer what he wants? They just took the easy way out.

First class service !Tanya & Alice have been our groomers for the past 12 years. Their experience speaks volumes as far as their quality of care and genuine concern. My two golden doodles love going to spa day and come out smelling great, looking handsome and feeling relaxed.

The two ladies who operate this grooming salon truly love animals and will take care of yours as if it was their own. Drop off your furball with confidence that he/she will look amazing upon pickup.

Absolutely love their services!! It is super easy and quick to get an appointment. They are punctual and my little Mia smells and looks amazing after her grooming. They are loving people who have a passion for what they do. Plus they are 5 minutes away from my home, super convenient ! I recommend them 100% and I am very happy to have found them.

I’m a doggy mom to two very different dogs, not only in size but temperament as well. Upon my first experience with Tanya and her sister, I felt assured that my fur babies would be taken care of, not only for the services I asked for but most importantly for the well being them. My doggies were promptly ready at said time and happy. Their hair all groomed and shiny with a content and calm demeanour. Quite satisfied and recommend highly to all.

I have been with the boutique for more than a year. My shetland breed Lexie loves to go get her hair cut there. I recommend them highly. Great fee prices too...

Entrance is in back of the building green door. Clipped my 110 lbs dogs nails in less than ten min for around $10. First cut since March and the results speaks for itself.
